Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Memphis

Let me say this, I give both great and bad review wherever needed. I am a private consultant for Property Management & Hospitality establishments such as hotels, bars and restaurants for 15 years. When I saw this place opened it had by the far the best customer service. The lines were so long every day no matter the time and the food quality was absolutely amazing. As I noticed the inside staff started to shift and change so did the service. Now anytime I go there, we don't have an fry sauce, we don't have any drinks but water and sweat tea. We don't have any cups and the list goes. The experienced has declined so much now when I pass by it which is everyday I barely see a line at all now. I went into the establishment today and they had the heat on 100 degrees and poor old couple sitting their about to be baked and 3 staff members just on their phones listening to music. The outside used to be cleaned now it's dirty with dragged garbage bag residue and a long led light is on the floor just waiting for a hazard to occur been there for 3 days. They don't even give napkins anymore. This place made items to order and fresh and now that is lacking quality. Today I was given spoiled chili and the worst part is you can smell it's been there for days. I would be more than happy to consult with management and get this place to a quality standard and making money. Now it's just like the Wendy's next door no one wants to go there, this saddens me too much. Today was the last straw for me. I shall not go back with my team or myself. I wish them the best...

Garbage location, garbage staff, garbage food. Came for dinner with my son and expected the same quality as the poplar location, and I left positive I will not return. Mid-dinner service they had every single booth flipped for "cleaning" and tables pushed all over the restaurant. The whole place smelled like bleach or cleaning chemicals. The language being used in the kitchen (loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear) was NOT family-friendly. One female employee walked up to the counter, swearing and twerking while talking across the restaurant to others. The employees that were cleaning made no effort to be polite and instead mean-mugged us and made us feel unwelcome. Not a manager in sight, it seemed like no one there cared about doing their jobs.

The food was messy since we both ordered ketchup only burgers, we were given enough ketchup to cause the whole sandwich to fall apart and mask the taste of the meat entirely. Not to mention, I saw a gloved male cook touch the outside of his pants in his genital area with his gloves and proceed to place his now dirty hands on and inside the fry station.

Absolutely disgusted by the staff, the service, and the food. Will drive 10 minutes further to go to the poplar location IF I feel like giving Freddy's in Memphis...

Where should I begin.. the female working the counter when we ordered was very rude and seemed like she just wasn't interested in taking our order. Finally got our food. Sat down to eat and had a wonderful view of another employee, studying her mouth full of food while cooking. The manager just walked right by her and said nothing. Later i heard the manager tell another female employee to sweep the lobby. The employee threw a fit like a baby! Saw another employee change the trash and go back to work in the kitchen without washing his hands. Same with the girl stopping the lobby. Saw the manager get the empty baskets that they serve the food in from the top of the trash bin and set them on the counter to go back to get cleaned.. just to end up getting picked up by another person in the kitchen area, to be put right back in the line to be used! I noticed when we came in that the health dept had given them a 96 on the inspection. They definatly must have paid someone off! Will never eat...
