Tonight was awful!!! Initially there was about a 15min or so wait which I don't complain about waiting. When I got to the window the lady was nice except I rather not be called baby. I pulled up before I checked my food and realized that she passed the wrong order. Well I just went back around in the drive through since it appeared to only be 2 or 3 cars and not the full long line that I originally got in. Well it was 3 cars and it took just as long as it did at first. When I finally got to the window, they were all confused already. I heard her ask her team members where was she. She closed the window and discussed it with them. She finally asked me what did I order and I told her she had passed me the wrong order and I repeated my order to her and handed her the wrong order and my receipt. A few minutes later she returned with yet again another wrong order. I told what I had and told her that it was correct on the receipt that I had given back to her and she proceeded to tell me that I ordered what she handed me in the now 2nd wrong order. I told her to look at my receipt which she did not give back to me this time. She told me to hold on and she did bring the right order but she did not put one of my dipping sauces in the bag. She was nice the whole time but was obviously flustered. She had someone else bring me my dipping sauce. I started to ask for my money back. My food was subpar, nacho cheese sauce was cold which usually it is too hot. Don't know what Taco Bell had going on tonight but they need to get...
Read moreWent through the drive through Monday night. I watched the girl at the window give the truck in front of me the bag and he immediately gave it back. I assumed it was mine. I get to the window and was told the total (which didn’t sound right) but it was late and I was tired and hungry and just wanted to go home as soon as possible so I didn’t read too much into it. I payed, got my food and left. When I got home I was thinking about it and certain that a grande nachos doesn’t cost nearly 12 dollars. I got my receipt and lo and behold…I was given the correct food, however I was charged double the price of what mine should have been which was actually what the vehicle in front of me should have paid. So someone got their order for half the price at my expense. All because the cashier didn’t take the time to fully correct the transaction when the vehicle in front gave her my food back. That should have been her q “oh I just rung them up and they said this isn’t their order, instead of just handing them the other bag let me actually check”. That’s just being lazy, but then again I guess what do you expect from Taco Bell employees at the Cordova location at 11:30 at night. And on top of that the chips were kind of hard and brittle, like they were almost stale. Save yourself time and potentially money and go to the Germantown location or Wolfcreek. Read moreJust went here about 10 minutes ago and had an insulting experience from the drive-through receptionist. When ordering, the talk was rushed and they seemed very uninterested. Due to this, I had a question regarding my order before approaching the window. However, when I said "Ma'am" into the microphone, I heard a long, upset sigh accompanied by " Oh my god.. " from the receiver. Now I realize it's 11:30 on a Thursday, and the day before Valentines Day, but I was shocked and frankly rather insulted. I only wanted to ask a question. Not get an annoyed remark, regardless of whether she thought I could hear or not. I pulled up to the window, and the woman there ( who I'm positive was the speaker, as the voice, tone and general demeanor all matched ) was still just as un-interested. Our food was hurriedly handed out the window with a quick " Have a good night ! " and the window shut before I could even ask straws. I couldn't make out a visible name tag at all, but she was blonde with a dollar sign tattoo behind her ear and an attitude. Please, if you go, try to avoid this person.
