I just left this location and I was in the drive-thru for 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a matter of fact, the drive-thru was wrapped around the parking lot. Cars were honking and people were very angry because no one was on the intercom taking orders. Finally, several people left the drive-thru in fury. I pulled around to the first window and honked my horn until someone finally came and explained they were short staffed. I asked for a general manager/owner phone number and the manger came to the window with an attitude. I asked for a phone number again so that I could at least speak with a general manager or the owner of the franchise and she stated that the staff couldn't give out manager phone numbers. So I asked for a customer service phone number where I could at least file a complaint and she stated that she didn't have a phone number, which is completely ludacris. So after I expressed my complete disgust with the whole situation, she finally gave me a phone number that basically led to no one. I highly suggest that we all band together to shut this location down for good. If we don't patronize, they can't remain in business to continue to inconvenience us and then not show any remorse for paying customer. I didn't receive not one apology from either of the associates I spoke with, especially not the manager. I realize it's not her fault, but she acted as though she didn't care and she explained to me that she was a new manager. But someone has to be accountable. This was my second horrible encounter at this location and I went almost a year avoiding it. I decided to give this location another chance to no avail I received the biggest inconvenience of being robbed of my very valuable time. I will NEVER visit this location again. And I hope that everyone who reads this review and is considering going here, will opt to visit the other...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I went through the drive thru before work and before I’d reached the speaker I’d already been in line 15 minutes. So by the time I got to the speaker I heard the girl say hold on and I heard some loud clicking noises it had been about 5 min so nobody said anything. I said hello and still nothing so I drove around to the first window and the lady that I couldn’t hear back there was at the window. I told her I just wanted a sausage biscuit. After waiting so long I thought she would just ring my order for one sausage biscuit but no!!! She did not she said I had to drive back around and get back in line. I said ma’am I’ve already waited close to 20 minutes by now. I said I have the exact change May I just get one sausage biscuit. She kept saying no I told her this wasn’t good customer service and I asked for her name. She told me to figure it out and slammed the window in my face. I asked for the manager she said look it up. I went to the pick up window and asked if the gentleman if he would allow me to pay there and get my sausage biscuit. He said sure it will be 2.07 and as I was about to hand him my money the girl ran down there and told him no! She said I would have to get back in line and she slammed that window as well and locked it. I heard in the background one of the other employees tell her just give it to her. She left the window and never returned. I had no choice but to drive off without my food and felt extremely humiliated by this unexpected incident. I work near this location and have never gotten this type of treatment. They are always so friendly and accommodating. But this particular girl with the red shirt and short hair is the rotten apple in this picture. Please hire people In leadership roles who treat the customers with dignity and respect. This girl...
Read moreMc Donalds at poplar and estate i have frequented for three years paid for food and even bought homeless people food. The young black gay manager called the police. The policeman asked me to leave after I spent over 20 dollars on and off and had been and out all day, I use the internet there, the manager hid in the back and had intended to have the homeless guy arrested. I refused to leave and spent the night in Jail. I have never had a insult of this type and will fall a lawsuit Monday. There are no jobs and places to live, that homeless problem will get worse. I refuse to be mistreated by Mc Donald's as well. I want the manager fired for mishandling the ordeal. Please stop in and ask about a customer who got arrested and see what he has to say. I lived there over three years and will be moving as a result of the ordeal. I know it's the devil making people act this way, How to put up with it I don't know. Plus they informed me they don't want the receipts being given away and used by the original purchaser. I am a customer and always purchase food. Miss treating me because of a homeless problem is un acceptable. I was forced to hit a star in order to just post my complaint. When you go it ask them if it's ok to arrest customers? I will never eat or support anything they do, I hope a postal person visits, not in a mean way, just hope it all works out. I am not homeless and they won't get another dime from me. Besides my...
