Subway — Restaurant in Memphis

I just gave up on all subways its been almost a year that Ive had subway because the last one I went gave me food poisioning today I want to give this one a try and its very dirty when we walk in a man is sweeping the floor full of filth I should of walked out at that point but I decided to look past that and As I walk up to order the veggies look soggy the tomatoe is looking gross cucumbers are washed out not fresh and lettuce is half full and looking brown so disappointing I asked the man how fresh were the tomatoes he said they were just cut but then offered to cut some in the back, I ordered 4 sandwiches not a combo and I passed on the veggies I decided to cut my own from home I ended up paying $40 for something I wasnt happy about my fault but just the experience was awful his attitude after he saw my face in discust I guess told him how I felt about the whole experience! They dont offer specials dont take coupons and they have no customers looks like their business is just going bad I know im not the only one who feels like this about subways they should have better customer service! A clean facility, freshly cut veggies now I know why i had food poisioning at the other subway these people are to greedy to throw away the veggies they prefer to feed them to you and make you sick before losing a penny! I got 2 foot longs one a Philly the other an Italian sub. Both had melted white cheese so as I specifically said the PHILLY should have lettuce and mayo and the Italian has more toppings and CHIPOTLE I get home and the guy mixed them up. I call to see if they can make my sandwiches again since it was THEIR mess up the guy said the best he can do it scrape the toppings off that it’s on me for not looking but I couldn’t really tell so that’s why I would specifically say THE PHILLY OR THE ITALIAN. Worst Customer service !!! They don’t even prepare the damn sandwiches right . If I could give 0 stars I would. Never...

Love it on Winchester, some staff know how to share the food, but some are a bit stingy on the meat serving as if they are guessing...please check the process on how much to serve the guest and know we paying for this food. The older staff of women use to make it happen. Not sure where they all went to. Still good food, just don't sell us short of what we pay for. Also, change gloves often. Making food for one person and on to the next, popping into warmer and off to clean a knife, then back to another meal prep is unsanitary....stop and change gloves before touching food again...we get it and will...
