I stopped by here one Wednesday night to grab a sundae. I sat at the speaker without being greeted for quite a bit of time. There was a customer at the pickup window so I waited until they left thinking I’d be acknowledged eventually. Still nothing, even after I said, “Hello”. I pulled up, the young lady said they were finishing orders, I’m assuming for customers who were inside. I placed my order there at the window for a 2 scoop brownie sundae. The worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever encountered. I arrived 15 minutes before closing (Mon Oct 22), and there was still another customer in the parking lot, but the girls had already closed the doors and were mopping. The girl in the front unlocked the door, rolled her eyes, and walked to the back. She just stared at us waiting for us to order. Nothing else was spoken to us besides telling me my total. I was having a sad Saturday. Decided to stop here for ice cream pick me up. You’re telling me that if all 31+ flavors, you don’t have both pistachio AND pineapple coconut ice cream?!?! I was even open to suggestions! The lady had a chance to take advantage of my sad state to make a sell. Hell, she had the time considering I had to wait 10 minutes TO GET OUT OF THE LINE after I decided not to get anything.
