I am not sure who Victor or Viktor is but they are the most unprofessional employee of a company I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with and they should be reprimanded or removed from their current position. I surely hope he is not part of the management team; I made a delivery order through the Wendy's app from this location with the service going through doordash. I ordered at 6:50 pm and did not receive my food until 8:35 pm from a second driver. I will handle my issue with doordash separately. But when I contacted the Wendy's location to request my order be canceled and refunded at 8:16 pm, Victor handled all 4 of my phone calls and each time was progressively rude. His initial response was that he did not have my order in the system and that doordash was responsible for my refund. He then changed his story to my driver did not want to wait for my order and they left without it and proceeded to hang up on me when I requested his name and role. I called back and had to ask more than 3 times for his name but did not get his role. I must add that he expressed how "busy" he was multiple times however he continued to keep the information I was requesting from me which would have satisfied me and I would not have had to continue calling. I also told him that I was a manager after he retorted with "What is your role sir?" to which I let him know that I am an Operations Manager for Hertz Rental Car at the Memphis International Airport. He belittled me asking why I didn't order from a different store, something completely uncalled for as my reasons don't need to be explained. He finally just walked away from the phone loudly exclaiming his annoyance with a customer on the phone and never returned to the call. I listened for 4 minutes. I will be returning to this location for one thing only and that is to speak with the Manager to discuss this employee's behavior as well as my disinterest with the way staff are allowed to conduct business. Read moreWe were a little early for Graceland and wanted burgers. I checked the web page for this store and saw burgers began at 1030am and the dining area would open at 1030am also. I called THIS restaurant from the parking lot at 1015am to confirm both things and the person responded " uh huh " to both things so we waited. At 1040 we went to the door and the female manager gave me a cut throat sign as I pulled to open the door and she walked away. I walked around to the drive up window to let them know I had called and what I was told. The same person said "I don't know where you called or who you talked to but it wasn't here, we don't open the doors or serve burgers until 11:15 , and told the worker next to her to close the window on me. I knocked on the window, and she came back. I pressed redial on my phone and the phone inside right next to her started ringing. I told her that was the number I dialed. While sitting there I noticed an employee standing in the window but no one said anything to me on the intercom. So I proceeded to drive to the window to inquire about my order being taken and a lady with black and blonde braids with her hair pulled back in a ponytail told me that they weren't open. Yet the sign on the window said that opening hours start at 6:30 and I pulled up at 6:41. I asked what time did they open and she told me 7:00. If that's the case the sign needs to be changed and she could use a little customer service training to inform people through the intercom about opening hours, because this was the same employee I saw before I approached the window.
