Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mentor

At one time this was one of my favorite place to go for coffee. Until the 2,4,5 value meal was canceled. According to an employee @ this location told me that it ended the first of February 1,2021. All I can tell you is someone didn't tell the truth that day that I want to have brekfest. But according to Dunkin Donut Corp headquarters its effective till the end of February 23 ,2021 . Then around Christmas when I pull in to this dunkin donut to get coffee. As i pulled around the building to use the drive through. someone had block off the drive through with their car with no explanation . Then I pulled in and parked and got out of my car to go inside the store . But the door was locked . There was no explanation on the door to why its closed. Then a lady in a the car two space down from me yelled out " the store is closed". When I asked for an explanation to why the store was close .she closed the window of her car and no explanation. I would not recommend this...

I would give zero stars if possible. I went there this morning for a simple caramel iced coffee. Went through the drive-through the first time. Whoever’s working the window hands in my donuts and a bag. I leave thinking that I had my coffee they never handed me my coffee went back through the line the first time said they had my coffee sitting there. I asked for caramel drizzle around the cup. They said this is your coffee no caramel drizzle did I ask them to remake it they said they could add more caramel to the cup, gave me the same cup said they’re not gonna use a new cup, tasted it. It was so full of sugar because they just added more syrup instead of fixing the problem they are completely incompetent went to the line again for the third time waiting line for about 10 to 15 minutes for one iced coffee. This is ridiculous. I will not be going back there again and I will be telling everybody about my terrible experience with...

I abhor seeing restaurants only on drive through. Customers can't get in to use the restrooms or order in person if they have difficulty with drive through speakers. I was also sad to hear you could no longer get an AARP discount. With that being said, I pulled into Dunkin this morning as I wanted a Donut for my wife and I at breakfast. The drive through line literally wraps around the building and back out to the road. If your line is shorter than that consider yourself lucky! The speaker is horrid and being half deaf didn't help any. The staff valiantly attempted to fill my order and was spot on. The napkins were in the bag but I had to beg for my receipt before she shut the window on me after handing back my credit card. The receipt should always be in the sack!
