Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Mentor

I came in this morning to pick up a large catering order.The woman who was the manager wasn't very hospitable.Upon my arrival,she made it a point to tell me I was too early.Mind you,I drive for a food delivery service.I was 5 minutes away from the said location when I accepted the order.So,I didn't have far to drive at all. She did tell me I could wait in the kitchen area .While prepping food,the young woman chopping parsley was not wearing a cutting glove or plastic gloves for food prep.She claimed they only wore gloves as needed.All food prep needs to be done with gloves! The manager was not wearing gloves ,either.She transferred spaghetti from a strainer into a catering container. She slid her fingers around the sides of the strainer to get the spaghetti that had been sticking. Disgusting! Bottom line: If you are preparing food for people,take proper measures so food borne illnesses...

The 2 gentlemen that were creating the food were very wonderful, and the counter staff person was very kind and polite. Wonderful service as always.

I absolutely love the pizza from Villa Pizza (as it tastes as delicious as my wonderful NY Sbarros pizza). Very flavorful sauce, not too sweet, not too acidic, and you can taste the fresh ingredients too. The Caesar salad is a very flavorful...

Excellent pizza! I had the pepperoni and mushroom and it was really delicious, the sauce, toppings and crush was on point. The crush was nice and crunchy! I had stopped eating pizza for over a year for various reasons and for some reason I wanted to try this place and my hubs, grandson and I all loved it, this is my new go-to...
