We ordered a half and half pizza and a cheese bread. When the pizza came out of the oven, I overheard Rich, the manager, saying the pizza was not made half and half. Rich also asked his staff where the cheese bread was and indicated he specifically asked one of the workers if she was making the bread beforehand. The bread for our order was not made, so Rich told his workers that he was going to steal the bread from a delivery order, and that the order would just be late. All of this was overheard while waiting in the lobby.
I then saw Rich open a finished pizza and move toppings around with a spatula. He then gave it to a worker, and she gave it me without addressing any of the problems I overheard. I opened the pizza box, and one half had so many toppings that I couldn’t even see the cheese. I stated that they messed up our order, and the worker denied it, saying they just forgot the cheese bread for another delivery order. I asked to speak with the manager, and Rich came over. I explained that I saw him moving the toppings over to the other side. Rich indicated that this is the way they do it. I questioned why it wasn’t remade, and he become frustrated and angrily said they would remake both and threw the boxes in the trash. I asked if he could have the owner contact me, and he sarcastically asked why he would do that.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had with Rich. The first time I suggested that they check out customers when they first arrive so if they have to wait for their order, they don’t have to be in the queue to check out after other customers (to avoid waiting even longer, which I had experienced). Rich became very temperamental and sarcastically asked if I wanted a job there, suggesting that if I want it done a certain way, I should do it myself. This evening, he recalled this previous encounter, and again asked sarcastically if I wanted a job there.
This is our last time visiting this Marcos until there is new leadership. If there is an issue, they will try to hide it. If Rich is called out on anything, he is rude and disrespectful with the customer. I’m shocked this guy is a manager, and I sincerely hope the owner looks into his customer...

Open our boxes of pizzas to literally see a third of the pizza is crust. I'm not kidding and I wish I was exaggerating. My first slice was literally 1/3 of crust, the next third with sauce and cheese, and the bottom third was the one that actually had toppings. I think what angered me is the fact that I tipped $10 ahead already with my order, than for me to get all my three pizzas to basically be a third or half crust and cheese. Read moreI called the store because your rewards don't work online a few days ago an employee was able to type it in and then when I called a few days later the woman she was a general manager gave me nothing but a hard time she was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I had ordered from you regularly and I'm a very good tipper so I guess the owner loses Business and the drivers lose money. The first time I was treated so poorly and the general manager good luck on keeping good customers with that kind of service I will not eat at any Marco's again.
