As devoted Jersey Mike's enthusiasts (and we are not typically fans of chains), we were overjoyed when a new location opened its doors in Meridian. We made it a point to visit on the grand opening day, eager to support the Meridian native who brought one of our cherished eateries to our community. The quality of the food on day one was nothing short of remarkable—a testament to the excellence we've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. Very impressed with how good it was on day one!
Just a friendly note to fellow patrons: the staff is still in the learning phase, and as such, your wait time may be a bit longer than usual. Please show kindness and patience to the new team members as they get up to speed. It’s ridiculous how fast food workers are so horrible at the most simple thing in the world CUSTOMER SERVICE and on top of that always get your order wrong everytime after you repeat it multiple times I just don’t get it why apply for customer service jobs aka fast food positions if you don’t like like the hours of the establishment idc if I come 30 mins til closing your on the CLOCK there are people out here with 40+ to 80+ hour jobs in the HEAT that get off don’t have time to cook so instead they stop at your establishment expecting to get dinner for the family upon heading home and you expect somebody to want to spend they hard earned money with horrible customer service I just don’t get it I never write reviews but I had to do this one for this establishment truly had me ready to crash out due to...

The smell once you enter Jersey Mike is beyond unique..it's almost like someone is baking fresh from the oven bread mixed in with the sizzling smell of meat as it hits the grill.. I can't even describe it.. I wasn't hungry before I went in, but while I was there waiting for my son's order to be ready..ya'll I promise you my mouth started watering from the smell alone. Everyone was so courteous and so helpful that I hope they stay that way.. so I leave with the hope that we support this business and that they keep that delish smell coming.....
