Ahhh I hate leaving bad reviews. And I love this place and usually have great customer service. But y’all ALWAYS forget something. Without fail 😭 whether it’s the $2.00 bacon or the pickle or the cookie or literally any modification. Today it was the chips. And I know food service is hard, so I wouldn’t say anything if it was the first, second, third or fourth time but come onnnnn. CERM ERNNN. The bags are packed so tightly that it’s almost dangerous to check if everything’s in there and it’s… not my job. I’d be willing to make it my job to double check if you got everything, if the bag wasn’t so full it rips when you breathe on it. Y’all must be good at Tetris after all that. Dang. If they’re training you to do that, show them this review. No matter what, my anxious self isn't about to go inside to ask for the stuff I payed for, so I’m begging you to do this out of the kindness of y’all’s hearts. Read moreOrdered sandwich for pick up. Potion was small, end pieces of the bread, mostly lettuce which I ordered Ez. This sandwich is not worth $5 let alone the $12 I paid. I called and spoke to the manager she said I could come back for another sandwich. What i didn't understand if "everything is pre measured" what would be different with the new sandwich. I don't want free or another sandwich i want to place my order, pick it up and it be quality with good customer service. She told me i would need to drive back to return the sandwich to get a refund. I though (especially with COVID 19) food could not be taken back across the counter. I told her if she wanted it to please send a delivery driver. She did send someone reluctantly. Places want to increase prices and decrease quality and service. I have to pay extra for cheese, extra for pickles, extra for ranch. I will be taking my business back to Panera. Sent a follow up email to the area manager and his response was similar to my experience so that explains the low reviews here...
Read moreI actually love Jimmy John's which is why I'm really disappointed that I have to write this one-star review. I am recovering from surgery and ordered a sandwich because I had a reward. I added avocado to it which cost $1.20 I did not see any avocado on my sandwich so I contacted the store and asked for a refund on the avocado charge. They told me that they put the avocado in between the cheese. I had to go searching for it and when I saw a little smudges I said it's just a little smudge and I was told "that is the serving size of avocado". This is such an unbelievable scam and the fact that I get next to no avocado at all and I'm being charged a $1.20 for literally nothing. In my video you can see the few little smudges on my sandwich which honestly for next to nothing I shouldn't be charged anything for that add-on if that is the normal serving size. Extremely disappointed in their serving size of avocado spread for an extra $1.20, unbelievable... No i didn't get a refund...
