McDonald's — Restaurant in Mesa

This is the worst Mickey D's in the United States of America the Manager sleeps on the job and his bathrooms are disgusting and no one handling food washes their hands and wears gloves. Gee whiz good money and to lazy to work for it. However, the worst is that they got pay raises and promise to work harder, and won't. I hate to say the words of discrimination here but certain people are told to wait in the other line. I called them and it took 5 times for the manager to answer the phone I said I have a complaint like he gets them all the time. I got a receipt but the manager should use it for toilet paper to blow his itty bitty brains out. However the bicMac was junk made with the cheapest meat north of the border and the mayonnaise was warm and an inch thick he charged me Fifteen dollars and some change for 2 big macs with fake McDonald's sweet pickles that were bought at a El Cheapo convenience store. Senor Bigmouth Looked looked like he sat on it and farted and he asked me for my receipt all because he can't get his order right so he transforms and becomes. Senor Rudo Crudo El Blohardo and he's not you amigo he barely tolerates people born in America. I ordered two quarter-pounders and he screwed the order up. Gee whiz where did leave his brains? I forgot he does not have a brain but he's got plenty of hate and discrimination to go around...

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have had nothing, but the worst experience and the worst customer service here. The most recent experience was just the other day. I ordered 2 Double Quarter Pounder means (Large) and a Chicken Tender meal (Medium), and a Medium coffee with 4 sugars and 4 creams.

When I pulled up to the window the girl had the worst attitude and kept rolling her eyes at us. First off, we got a LARGE coffee with NO SUGAR and NO CREAM. When we asked the lady if there were 4 sugars and 4 creams, she interrupted us with a rude "Yes!". After digging through the bag before leaving we came to realize we were missing a sandwich...

When we asked the girl at the window about our other sandwich, she rolled her eyes and told the person working next to her. They both stared at us with mean looks. After about a couple minutes of waiting, the girl gave us the bag. Before I could ask her another question she rolled her eyes, shut the door and walked away.

When we got home we discovered that we had 2 Regular Quarter Pounders, Not Doubles like we ordered, and 2 Medium fries instead of 2 Large fries and a Medium.

I've never had so many bad experiences in one place then I've had here. Will not be returning to this...

A great place to eat after shopping. It wasn't busy for a Saturday either. I ordered via the kiosk and complete with Table Tent #31. The kiosk instructed for me to take a seat with my Table Tent. Instead of delivering my meal, they called out mr order number from the receipt. It didn't bother me, but if I was hearing impaired, the meal would've sat up front.

The Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese was hot and fresh, as well as made correct. The french fries were a little on the cold side. I did have to ask for Ketchup, which the lady behind the counter handed to me in a friendly way. She also asked if she gave me enough, which I liked.

The lobby was clean with no signs of neglect. The drink tower area was very clean and organized. This location does not have their Ketchup pumps in the lobby running at this time. They do have plenty of packets. :)

There were a couple of hiccups, but none that will prevent me from coming back. I would still highly recommend this location for anyone needing a quick...
