I had come in and ordered couple breakfast sandwiches and I always order two large caramel coffees with extra caramel syrup and cream my partner goes to the UEI right next to this location so during his first break which he isn't given much time to eat we go over and grab them when we parked we noticed the coffee had barely any syrup and cream and we know this because Everytime we order them customized they put a sticker on the cup side and there was none so we looped round and explained at the speaker why we were there and the lady asked if we had the receipt we did she said to pull round when we got to the window the manager very huffed asked what we wanted to which I responded that we never got the cream and syrup in our coffee he then proceeded to ask if we wanted just the cream and sugar or if we wanted new drinks my partner said if he could just put the cream and sugar. He asked for the drinks and then proceeded to charge us for a new set of drinks at this point we are irritated because we were wondering why we were being charged for another set of drinks when we barely drank the first two and he took them so we asked why they charged us and the lady at the second window just shrugged her shoulders and the young manager popped his head out and very rudely said it was because he had asked us if we wanted to keep the other drinks which we had said yes because he had asked if we just wanted him to fix it. I responded that we were frustrated and he said he was as well because he had already had this conversation with us and we didn't listen. He then proceeded to give us the refund for the drinks and then handed us the wrong drinks AGAIN and AGAIN with no sticker label then catches himself asks for them back and gives us the correct drinks Again with no label and tells us in an irritated voice to have a wonderful day. I have worked in the food industry since I was a teenager and I've been a manager and director of food and beverage departments for resorts and hotels That is in no way shape or form to treat customers when you make a mistake you apologize, fix the problem and send them on their way. You do not make the customer feel like you are fixing the mistake that you made is a favor let alone an inconvenience. And if you feel that way then you shouldn't be a manager let alone in the food service industry. The saving grace is that the sandwiches were fresh and hot but the service...
Read moreI come to this location often as it is literally right by my house. Every single time I have come to this location, they have gotten my order wrong, or left items out. They have always made it right up until recently. Any time I have asked for a supervisor, the supervisors are always really nice and apologetic. On Thursday August 4th I went through the drive thru during breakfast hours and noticed a sign for 2 for $4.50 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffins and Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles. I ordered a bunch of the McGriddles and went on my way. Now today Saturday August 6th I went through the drive thru to order the same thing and was told they don't have that deal for the McGriddles. I asked when it ended as I was just in 2 days ago and ordered it. They responded with "we have never had that promotion" I wasn't going to argue, so I left and decided to call a supervisor to figure out what the hell was going on. The person that answered said her greeting and then "how can I help?" I responded with "I would like to speak with a supervisor" and she responded "how can I help?" now with attitude. I asked again when that promotion ended and she stated that they never had it. I explained that I had just been in TWO DAYS AGO and had ordered the McGriddles for 2 for $4.50. She stated "I been here all week we ain't never had that promotion" Because this location is so close to my home, I haven't gone to another McDonalds location since I traveled out of town so I know for a FACT it was this location. There is another McDonalds located less than a mile from this location so I will be going there from now on and I suggest you do as well. It is cleaner, and the employees are...
Read moreI'm sorry to say that this time i was not pleased. They got my order wrong, and charged me $13. and some change. When i asked how much the McRib meal was they said $6.00 and for a cheeseburger, foes and a drink they said $5. and some change, but added a 2nd cheeseburger and another lg sprite that i did not order. They did right by giving me $2.00 back for the sprite and the 2nd cheeseburger, i really appreciated that. When they handed me the bag, i could see that the fries looked and tasted like old grease and had been sitting under the lamp for a while, so i drove around and took the fries back in and explained they were not fresh, and a sweet young man kindly apologized and made me fresh one's. Again i was grateful that the young man brought me fresh fries. I don't believe they are a bad location to go to, there were a lot of workers trying to do everything at one time, and it was confusing, but they handled the situation very well with a smile on their faces. No one likes to get their order wrong or get food that's not fresh, i for sure don't. I politely expressed myself without yelling down their throats, because i remember when i was in high school i worked at McDonald's, and I understand what's it's like to get someone's order wrong. This is a teachable moment for those working at any restaurant, continue to maintain a kind and willing employee, we all make mistakes, we just learn from it and make it better the next time. Thank you McDonald's for...
