Racial profiling happened at this location. Went with family told to sit wherever we wanted. Waited over 20 minutes on service when the building had only 4 others inside. Walked to bar asked if we had to order here for food and drinks, girl said no and looked at other bartender and asked him to help us. That bartender still never came back to our table. I asked the bartender if they had servers and she said just us. Which is understandable for delay however wasn’t the case.

We sat. No drinks offered no mention of food coming from a food truck. We waited patiently but the “server/bartender” was pretty much pretending to be busy doing anything and everything els to avoid us. Dusting random tables. Stack cups. Dusting a random table. Hitting vape. Dusting bar. As someone in the same industry he was clearly trying to make himself appear busy.

If the food truck wasn’t ready to serve food we would have waited if we could have gotten some drinks at least or even communication.

Went to instagram messaged and commented both ignored and deleted from account and no action taken. Not one to do this but this was 100%...

I am still a little shocked, it happened around 7pm today is 5/23/25. I was sitting on the north east corner of the bar, I myself am Hispanic but paid no attention to it, this Hispanic couple sat next to me, 5 minutes in they were literally waving their arms at the two female bartenders and the older one literally ignored them it was very uncomfortable. I tried to defend the action by advising that the gentleman working with them was the one attending me and that I assume they were responsible for a certain section of the bar. After another 7 to 10 minutes, they decided to leave because of the lack of service. From there a Caucasian gentleman I would say in his 40s maybe 50s sat where the wife was sitting and the older female bartender attended him immediately… 😬😬😬😬😬. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed discrimination in an establishment in Mesa, but I couldn’t just hold off, I will not be coming back here ever again. Discrimination is a very huge deal and if the business would like to review the footage is the reason why I posted the time and date. On behalf of the Hispanic community be very...

Never again will I step foot in, or support this business. I stopped in at 9:45pm on a Monday and the female bartender told me she did last call and wouldn’t serve me and my wife. I told her there was a beer I wanted to try and would drink and leave quickly, but no…. I went across the street to the fabulous Cider Corps and was eagerly and happily served, even though they also closed at 10pm. They loved my more than generous tip too. If you are open until ten, you serve until ten. It’s really that simple. As a business owner myself, this was a ridiculous attempt for staff to go home a bit early and nothing more. What a horrible employee. If the business owner also supports this, then the business itself is also horrible. I will be sure and share with all my brewer and beer loving friends how awful...

Pedal Haus is a really unique place built in an old service station. The atmosphere is great. There’s a huge shaded patio with misters and games like cornhole. We went mid-day when it was pretty hot. Although the patio was relatively comfortable with the misters, we still ate inside. They have a good beer menu. I was pleasantly surprised. The tap list is t limited to only IPAs. They actually had good beers also. I had the Sourgarten which was great. We ordered food also. The food was good and not extremely expensive but I wouldn’t say the food was great. There were signs promoting their Sunday brunch which looked extremely fun. I’ll have to go back for that.

Just visited the new Pedal Haus location in Mesa and had a fabulous time. The shrimp tacos were delicious and fresh, and the giant pretzel with beer cheese, mustard, and maple butter was a total standout — so good we almost ordered a second! The margaritas were perfectly balanced, and the IPA selection was impressive with a variety of IPA options, our favorite. The outdoor seating is also a major win — spacious, comfortable, and shaded enough to enjoy even on a warm day. Great food, drinks, and vibe all around. We’ll definitely be back!

What a fantastic place. There definitely need to be more of these around the valley. The German pilsner is excellent. Only had the pork sliders but they were very good. Atmosphere is awesome and the staff is great. I wish it were closer to home cus I could handle going there every week. Deon the bartender was a class act and super personable. He just rounded out what was already an great experience. Highly recommend.
