Although I'm not a huge fan of Cains, this trip in particular was a huge letdown. I think this company needs to realize that not everyone loves their "Cains sauce." The fact that they think so much of their product they don't even offer anything besides that and ketchup for your fries, is a bit underwhelming. The inconsistency in size of the chicken fingers is also a bit disappointing. A couple of them were good size but the rest of them were puny and tiny. Hardly worth the money we paid for it. The other thing the restaurant was filthy. Greasy fingerprints chicken bits lying on the seats and just plain disgusting. There were only three other tables in the restaurant besides us, and it seems a little surprising that no one was out cleaning this mess up. It's more than unappetizing to go into a restaurant and see a mess like this when you're planning on eating.

One of my kid’s favorite but my husband was pretty upset we spent $50.00 to get very baby chicken strips. When I asked the manager what she could do she put her fingers on all the food and asked for it back to turn around and give us another combo with even small pieces of chicken. She did not want to give us extra or add one she was a complete joke. They admit to raising prices but for what small chicken . We don’t come here for the elementary school style fries or the salty sauce . Like seriously over this place.

Joel at Raising Cane's made my meal truly exceptional. The chicken was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, a testament to the kitchen's care. What really stood out was Joel's positive and attentive service. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. His attitude was the best I've encountered at this location, making my visit a delight. I highly recommend seeking him out for a great meal and service. Have a blessed day Joel

Okay, so I will be straight up ⬆️... I'm not the biggest fan of Cane's chicken. I just feel like they're completely dependent on their sauce and their chicken is what black people make fun of white people for... COMPLETE AND UTTER unseasoned chicken, dependent on something else for it's flavor. This being said, the FREAKING WHATABURGER next to this particular location, is apparently NEVER going to open up! So I was forced to go to Cane's out of sheer laziness since it's right next door and I was too exhausted this late at night to go find something else. Lo and behold! I'm so grateful I did, solely because of the customer service I received! The app failed me but thankfully, Devontae (I'm sure I spelled that wrong but...) was walking out the door after his shift had clearly just ended and was more than happy to provide me the information I needed about ordering from there this late, so I headed through the drive-thru. This is when my interaction with Rubi started. Talk about a fabulous employee whom, whether or not she likes her job, does not show through her actions like it does so many other fast food employees. Well, unless she freaking loves it! Because she was absolutely wonderful! She was very concerned with me leaving pleased, and was so pleasant and fun to talk to while I was waiting (which wasn't long in the slightest!). I know this might sound frivolous considering it was just a fast food interaction... But these "frivolous" interactions can make or break someone's day or in this case, night. Rubi was a breath of fresh air. To have somebody concerned about whether or not my stupid order was right, as well as whether or not I had enough ketchup for it, it might sound stupid to some but for those who know that these things matter, it's just that... THESE THINGS MATTER! So THANK YOU RUBI! If for nothing else, just being pleasant in a world that can be so incredibly opposite of that. That deserves some validation and positive reinforcement! I will definitely be back to this location due to the employees they have hired. Thanks Cane's, leaving happy, regardless of not having indulged in the food yet 😆 And again, thank YOU Rubi. You are TRULY a gem! See what I did there? 😜 Everyone reading this ought to have, otherwise we have a much bigger societal problem than whether or not you get proper customer service while ordering through a drive-thru window at 11:30 at...

So glad to see you open this location on Signal Butte. We have been going to Canes since they opened the first one in Mesa on Stapley. Then the one on Greenfield became our go to place since we moved out to Eastmark. We decided to give the Signal Butte location a try. First the good part. Restaurant was super clean, register staff were very friendly and made up feel very welcome. We ordered a Caniac which my husband and l split. We both had Tea which was very good. The cole slaw was good as was the Texas Toast. The chicken fingers were not quite up to what we are use to. They were a little rubbery and about 2 to 3 minutes away from being done. The breading wasn't as crisp as Greenfield location cooks. I know you're probably experiencing a new opening hiccups, so we didn't make any issue and send them back. I just wanted to bring it to the managers attention that he may want to get with the cooks and let them know. We will be back to this location and hopefully this little bump in the road...

I'm sorry to be the one that doesn't leave the most positive review. I realized today was their first day of being open to the public. Hopefully they had a soft opening prior to today.

The place was crazy with cars. The parking lot there sucks big time. I went inside to get my food. What struck me the most was there must have been 12 or more people behind the counter yet I stood there and waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I don't understand why you have that many people standing around talking to each other when there are clearly customers waiting to place an order. I'm sorry to have to say this but, the young man who took my order was very slow. He seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. My order #10166.

The chicken was good as it always is. I don't understand why you don't cook the fries longer. They always feel soggy not crispy at all. I wish you would...
