I usually don't write reviews, but the AMAZING service I received again today from Ashli the Barista needs to be recognized!! 𤩠Ashli had first helped me navigate the menu back in October because I had always been so overwhelmed by all the coffee choices and was afraid to ask questions. She was so friendly, patient and enthusiastic about helping me discover something delicious! I had visited this location inside Target a few more times in 2022, and she always greeted me happily and BY NAME!! š It's now March of 2023 and I haven't been to this Starbucks location in over 3 months... You wouldn't believe that because as soon as I walked up today, Ashli says, "Hi Rachel!! It's been a long time!" šWOW. I can't tell you how special that made me feel!! š Not only did she make my day by remembering me by name but she made me one of the tastiest drinks I've had yet! (Iced Toasted Vanilla Almondmilk Blonde Espresso) š Her knowledge and skill as a barista paired with her wonderful customer service attitude is simply unmatched and will bring me inside this Target for my coffee rather than through a drive-thru for THIS level of kindness and service! š I only wish they could accept tips at this location because Ashli deserves every single tip she's had to graciously turn down! Terrible service the employee Mia who helped asked what we wanted and then walked away didnāt even get all the Order and we brought personal cups and she wouldnāt even take them even though they had a sign they do take personal cups. She took them and then gave them back saying they will fill them up later. When it came to the payment she walked away so my mom assumed we were done. She then Yells we didnāt pay so we come back and do the payment we try to scan for stars first and gives us attitude demanding payment first. sheās asking us how are are you gonna pay and we told her can you please just scan first and weāll pay with the card not with the app. By the way she didnāt give us the cup discount. Conservatively, I visit a Starbucks 12-15 times per week, travel from coast to coast and consider myself to be a fairly good judge of Starbucks' baristas. Don't let the fact that this location is inside a Target fool you - the speed of service, personal and genuinely friendly service, barista skill and overall attitude is on par with the best I've seen.
