Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Mesquite

I know they just opened so I’m hoping things improve. I’ve had it twice so far. The first time my chicken bowl was extremely watery. I’ve never experienced that at any other Chipotle. The second time they didn’t close the lids of my bowl or salsa properly so half of the salsa spilled out and was all over the bag and my bowl’s lid was barely on by the time I got home. Again this has never happened at any other chipotle I’ve been to. I hope the employees get properly trained because this is the closest Chipotle to me now and it’d suck to have to drive further just to avoid this one.

Edit: Tried this location again. Chips were completely stale and very small portion. As soon as I opened the chicken bowl and stuck my fork in it my fork got caught on an extremely long light brown hair (mine is black and it was NOT mine). This...

Worst Chipotle Experience ever they never have anything ready. One person slowly makes all the food. Their Cashier overcharged 3 customers while I waited in line for 45 for them to tell me they didn’t have any steak but they would make more takes 6mins. So i decided to wait 6 extra mins. Line filled again so i had to wait in line another 15kins no accommodation for the Pryor 45mins waiting. To get to the top of the line and there goes Maria and Lisa over charging customers again. Maria is very disrespectful and did not want to give the refund. As I waited I asked is the another way we can pay to keep the line moving but she just wanted to argue with the lady ahead about overcharging her. unfortunately the managers do not have their staff properly trained nor do they seem to have a even the slightest heart of service or concern for staying open with fully prepped food ready to sell. multiple times ive been told I had 1 meat option or 2 meat option cause they didnt have anything else. it was over 1 hour from closing time and the cook had the kitchen 80% cleaned and cleared. this area is so disrespectful to their customers closing early and not ever having full menu available when ive been there. idk how ppl even go back. fire everyone including the managers if yall want to thrive and provide a good experience and good bang for your customers buck like Chipotle has always been and should be. this restaurant is a disgrace to Chipotle...
