Ella Mae's Brew & Flour — Restaurant in Mesquite

Ella Mae’s Bread and Flour Cafe has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The whole milk latte I had was absolutely delightful, perfectly balancing rich, creamy texture with robust coffee flavors.

The design of the cafe is another standout feature. It's clear a lot of thought went into creating a cozy yet modern ambiance. The seating arrangements are comfortable and inviting, both inside and outside. The outdoor seating area is particularly appealing, offering a pleasant spot to relax and people-watch.

The staff at Ella & Mae’s are incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I encountered was warm and helpful, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

One suggestion to make E&M even more appealing would be to offer wine and beer. This addition could attract a broader audience and make it the perfect spot for all seasons and occasions, from a morning coffee run to a leisurely evening gathering.

I randomly stopped here on my way to Utah from Arizona, needed some coffee and I prefer to support local businesses. The coffee and service were good, employees were helpful with suggestions. I decided to go back and take my kids, I mean what kid isn't going to want rainbow bagels and unicorn lemonade?! I got a croissant sandwich and we also got a muffin. The portions and great and the food overall was delicious, the coffee was definitely worth stopping for. It's not too far from the highway, just a straight shot down one road and back, easy. Brew not flour or good service. Please don't sell microwaved cheap round pizzas you advertised as flatbread pizza. Bread was soggy and could have got better at the local gas station. Same problem with croissants. Ordered ice water and was given warm tap water no thanks. I'm sure their specialty being drinks is what they do better but my lemonade slushie was 90% ice with very little to drink. Please don't go cheap on the lemonade for the slushies... You have to sell something with good quality to keep customers coming back.
