Read moreThis was a horrible experience at this location. Me and my spouse came to eat at this place trying to give them another chance since of course this place about to close due to bankruptcy and we come in here at 9:35pm and was sat down at a table in the bar area. The guy who was working in the bar area was a male Hispanic gentleman with glasses. It is not busy at all in this location. There was only 2 tables being served at the time. We had got our drinks really quick but we did not get our food until 10:40pm which was a very disappointing ordeal. When we got our food it was luke warm. Like we got the last because it was closing time. So the waiter Aaron didn’t come back for a minute so we had to wait to ask for A-1 sauce for my husbands steak and the butter i wanted for my crab legs was incorrect and filled with garlic so it took a minute to get that. When i expressed to the waiter of the wait time and how ridiculous it’s been his attitude changed quickly n us. Mind you we are African American. The table next to us was Hispanics and he was being so nice to them. He threw our freaking plates and stuff on the table, that made me mad. Then my baked potato was still hard so i barely got to eat it. The waiter Aaron was still coming over with attitude every single time. So we continue to eat and we look over and the female waitress in the bar area started sweeping over by where we was eating. Ohhh that made my blood boil. When i said i know she’s not sweeping, she says oh im not! BUT YOU ARE AND YOUR SWEEPING WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE EATING THATS VERY UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING! I expressed it again with the manager NOLAN PRESENT. The manager minus well be replaced. Because i asked where can i do the survey because i was highly upset, the manager kept Bringing me a QR CODE THAT DIDNT EVEN WORK AND TOLD ME I COULD ONLY DO A GOOGLE REVIEW. How sickening that we can’t even complain and the manager DID NOTHING, HE DIDNT COMPENSATE US OR NOTHING JUST STARED AT US THE ENTIRE TIME UNTIL WE LEFT. Let’s just say THEY HAVENT CHANGED A BIT AND DONT GO HERE! Oh and when i told the manager i will not be returning all he said was OKAY. That should show you they don’t give two craps about there customers. Not even the management . Runnn and I’m reporting them to the...
Read moreI have dined at Red Lobsters all my life. This was the worst experience I've ever had. It was spectacularly horrible. Like smack-your-mama-riding-backwards-on-south-bound-gator-goblin-bad. The restaurant was not busy and it was a week night. Here are the basic facts: I've been a server in a previous life and I know how hard it can be. However, this young woman disappeared often, like Houdini on sterroids...just poof. It took over 2 hours for our table of 2 people to be served. And it wasn't just us. The table bedside us had already ordered before we showed up and they got their check after us. My companion and I both ordered dishes that included steamed crab. Apparently, they had NO crab crackers, but didn't inform us until after we were looking at the crab on our plates. We were told that all of the crab crackers were being sanitized and that people had stolen crab crackers in the past, so they were running low. Half an hour later, when the crab was cold, they came up with one crab cracker we could share. Additionally, the lobster tail I ordered was miniscule. Smallest I've ever been served. Might have been 2 inches. And I'm not exaggerating like fishermen stories but in reverse. ("It was THIS big")! Lastly, we were offered no apology, no adjustment on the ticket, nothing. I could go on and on, as there were many other mistakes, but I won't bore you. It's sufficient to say, the meal was a train wreck in slow motion and yes I did talk to the manager and the server knew we weren't happy but they didn't care. The only person who did was the poor bartender who actually checked in on us several times throughout the meal because even he noticed the server's absence and that we'd been there FOREVER! A hundred dollars gone and a horrible experience. Why didn't I complain about the bill and not pay it? Because I had already spoken with the manager once and I knew arguing about it would be a lengthy, arduous process that would add to the eternity we'd already spent in that building and I already felt like I was suffocating. I have social anxiety. (I actually take prescription medication for it). Me going out to eat in a restaurant is a big deal. By that point it felt like I was about to hyperventilate. Never again, Mesquite Red Lobster!...
