I walked upto the window and the man behind counter was standing and talking to someone who was standing where outside filling ice cream freezer ( possibly another employee or vendor) and Didn't even acknowledge my presence for over a minute , then looks and stares at me and me says 'May I help you?' So I greeted him and asked if I could purchase sunrise smoothie which comes with bananas, oranges and mangoes according to the menu they have posted on the wall . He doesn't say anything and charges my card. Flips the credit card payment screen toward me where I can tip and how I would like the receipt and goes to the back to make my smoothie. I see him grab 2 very small pieces of fruit and he puts it in the grinder with ice And just like that in less than 30 seconds my smoothie is ready. Puts my cup on the counter and says 'Enjoy' , so I asked him What fruits come in sunrise smoothie he turned around and left pretending to be working back there.He didn't even answer my question. So I left and I could tell my smoothie looked pale yellow color and tasted slightly like store brand orange juice but watered down . I didn't taste...
   Read moreI recently visited South Pointe Cafe with my family and had an extremely unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members. The Brazilian gentleman working there displayed an appalling level of rudeness and lacked basic customer service skills. When I brought up my concerns about his attitude, he not only failed to acknowledge his mistake but also engaged in an argument with me, completely disregarding the fact that I was a paying customer.
It is highly disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I am unsure whether this individual is the manager or not, but it is clear that he needs to undergo significant training in customer service and improve his people skills. I strongly advise the management to consider implementing better management practices and ensuring that their staff members treat customers with respect and courtesy.

After seeing the ice cream advertised prominently in front of the shop I was scolded for HOW I reached the ice cream out of the freezer in front of his shop. HE hadn't filled the empty baskets on top and the ice-cream my 3 and 5 year old wanted so I reached underneath. He then proceeded to yell at me in front of my kids that I shouldn't do that. Well then....either take down your large add for that type of ice cream or restock the basket or offer to get it if your sensitive about how people get the product out of your freezer in front of the shop.
