Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

I work by this Starbucks and I truly wanted to love it.

1. They never have gotten my drink right and it’s a signature drink. There’s nothing crazy about it.
2. it’s a revolving door. none of the employees are ever the same.
3. I always order mobile order- it takes way longer than it even states on the app even when there’s down time (aka few people in the cafe)
4. I ordered today and they hadn’t replenished the refreshers bar are, so my drink couldn’t be made without the Mango juice. (That’s not the problem) they literally had 5 or 6 orders stuck because they are always training people. So when it comes to my drink….i ordered at 12:27pm it’s 20mins later and my drink is still nowhere in sight. The rest of my order was ready (hot items), finally at 12:40pm she pulls my ticket from the machine, stops asked someone to get the mango juice for her (someone who is busy) leaves my cup on the counter and continues to supervise the new employee. At this point I needed to go to work. I had waited too long. I asked her to please refund me the money of the drink because I was not going to wait any longer. She tries to discuss with me the fact that they’re just waiting for the mango juice, but the guy wasn’t coming. I proceeded to let her know that I wanted my money back. We walk over to the register and instead of giving me my money back, she gives me a four dollar gratuity card, and sends me on my way. I get to my car I check the card, realized what it is, and I had to now go BACK! And discuss with the manager so I can get my money back since I pay more for my drink than the $4 card she gave me.

Even though they never got my drink, correct I would go there and give them business because like I said, I wanted to like it. I wanted to be able to go to that Starbucks. I will never be...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any Starbucks in my life. I went for a third time this week because I got coffee for them to grind. Every time I ask for a regular espresso grind. They never get it right so I find myself going back 2 to 3 times a month. Today, I went, and apparently there was a manager there. An African-American lady, with two braids and tattoos all over her hands told me that I needed to check my stuff before I leave that they were not there to help me out every time that I wanted. She told me that she was going to help me out this time, but never again. Mind you, I do not need to check something every time that I go. If I ask for service, and pay for it. I shouldn’t have to be babysitting. Instead of me checking, they need to train their own employees. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this happens all the time! This, it is a problem. That’s not even what bothered me the most. It was the lack of customer service, and the way that I was treated in front of other customers and employees. WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Always take forever, never get the order correct. When you order a venti with no foam, they still put foam and so much that you might as well of gotten a grande. It never fails. you can literally stick your entire finger in the drink before reaching the milk.

There's only 1 nice person that works there and I think he is the manager. I will get his name next time but Hes a darker Hispanic person that is awesome and friendly and always asking how your day is. Everyone else is emotional and rude and not once can read the order to get it correctly.

I usually do mobile orders and even if I wait 15 minutes before leaving my house I get there and 2 out of 4 of my drinks are done. the wait for coffee is always 20 min + after placing it on mobile 15 -20 minutes before.

Starbucks anywhere always has awesome service and employees and gets your order perfect. I don't know what this ones problem is but today was the last day I probably will go this one, after 10 years of coming to this one. The bad service started maybe...
