Today Friday 4/28/2023 at 10:20AM the manager at the store was very rude and unwilling to assist me at all.
When I arrived at the store there were several customers in front on me, I then went to make the line as usual. The manager then told me without me asking that he will take 15 to 20 minutes to serve me. I said it was ok and stayed in line. Only 5 minutes passed and the manager again, without me saying anything, told me that today he was not going to be able to help me at all because of all the orders he had in front on me including the ones coming in through the application. I asked him why he couldn’t even take my order in the first place right after the customers in front of me or why he couldn’t just decline an online order to assist me since I was physically present and he just kept insisting that he was not going to take my order. I reminded him that I was a regular morning customer with the same order that he knew every day. He just didn’t respond at all. So I left the store.
I want this message to be given to the Smoothie King store owner of Miami Lakes and for all future customers to be aware of the poor and very unprofessional manner this store manager treated a regular customer that spends $15-$18 every day. I will not be returning to the store while this manager is there. VERY UPSET AT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Read moreEvery time I call, no one answers. Just happened again. Was calling for over 10 mins on my drive to order my smoothies ahead of time and no answer. When I got to the store, it was completely empty. I called again and phone rang - no one answered and there are two employees in here. When I mentioned it to the guy he just said “oh sorry, was in the back washing” and shrugged it off like no big deal. Then another girl came out from the back, neither one ever picking up the phone as it rang and rang and rang even though I was the only one in the store. Then my smoothie came out too thick so they kept putting water in it so of course it just tasted like water. I hate asking to remake stuff but it was so bad I had to ask them to remake it with almond milk to avoid that from happening again. Definitely need to work on hiring better employees and training them better on how to make good tasting smoothies that aren’t extra thick or watered down. Read moreFirst the young lady messed the order up completely she had to remake the smoothie’s. The catch is when we gave it back what she was doing was just pouring it back in the mixer and adding more ingredients to it and made it worst. To the point she caught an attitude I’m watching her make the smoothie through the window, then say oh she can’t make one smoothie by it self. I had to use my personal phone to call the manager and the manager told her you always satisfy the customer which is correct that’s with any job especially doing customer service. So the manager told her to remake it over once the manager told her to remake it was the correct way. You can’t catch an attitude with a customer if something is wrong you have to talk calmly and respectful not with an attitude l. If you didn’t want to work or you needed a breather you should’ve had someone else to make it while you take a breather. Never going back to that location as long as that...
