Burger King — Restaurant in Miami Springs

I hope that the head manager and owner sees this review. I have been served raw bacon on my Texas whopper and on my double cheeseburger the last 3 times that I have visited this restaurant. The bacon is very pale and white. Bacon is supposed to be cooked completely through until it is browned.

The last time that I went in on August 8th at 7:42 p.m. I specifically asked the gentleman who took my order with the person preparing my food standing right there if they can cook the bacon in the microwave before they put it on my burger? I explained the issue and told them that the bacon needed to be cooked until it's brown. When I got home I saw that the bacon was still uncooked. They are going to give people possibly worms. I'm wondering how many people have caught parasites from eating at this restaurant? They said that they cook the bacon in the morning. Whoever is cooking does not know what they are doing. I have called the restaurant on four different occasions and let the phone ring many times and they refuse to pick up the phone. I hope that they start serving me cooked bacon. Otherwise I think the health department needs to come check this out. It has been over a time frame of around 5 months that they have been serving people raw bacon at this restaurant at least. Worst customer service I have ever received. I asked the girl who was dispatching the service for a tray because was given paper bags at all customers. She told me that I had to wait. I thought she had not understood me and I asked her again to give me a tray. She told me that I had to wait for her to finish serving the customers who were still in the line to order. A lot of tray was already prepared to service in front of her. I told her I just need a tray. Then she ignored me and continued to place the orders that were after me. She give me my order in a paper bag, but not my shake. She told me that I had to wait to get the shake I ordered because there were more orders to serve. She olny serve my shake when another customer finally had a shake, she served him first and then, after him, served me. This site is the worst of all the Burguers I have visited. They need to do something employees selection. This girl has no manners to serve clients. It is the worst I've ever seen and suffered. I’ll never go back to this place! Slow service and bad manners...

Probably the craziest fast food experience I've ever had. We had driven to Miami from Atlanta and were staying at the EB Hotel next door. It was late and we were starving so we went through the drive-through. It was myself, my wife, and my 4 children. We began placing our order and the worker could not get it right so after the 3 mistake she asked us to just come to the window since there was no line. Once up there we began giving our order and after the 3rd combo meal she said that they had a limit on drive through orders and we could only order 3 meals! What??!! We thought she was joking. When we questioned it she said "Thats why it's called a drive-through!" .....which doesn't even make sense. I think she was trying to convey that a drive-through is for small orders? It's called a drive-through because you drive through the line....ummmm. Needless to say we left. Once we got food from McDonalds down the street (they didn't have a limit lol), we laughed quite a bit about Burger King. This lady obviously just didn't feel...
