I ordered the gladiator smoothie and picked at first pineapple, but I couldn’t find another fruit I liked with it, and even asked for recommendations. Then I said I just wanted to get kiwi and strawberries as it went together better. The smoothie I got was white, so I asked if it had strawberries because it would pink if it did. The cashier checked the receipt, then proceeded to tell me that she went over it with me and that I agreed to it so… I will say she did verify the kiwi which I agreed to, but she did not verify the pineapple which is what was added instead of strawberries. I think this was unprofessional to blatantly tell me she read it to me and that I had agreed especially because that was not what I wanted, so how can I agreed to it? I understand that I was indecisive, so I was polite and kind. However, she just kind of looked at me like what do you want after telling me a lie and blaming the mistake all on me, so I took the smoothie that I paid for and left without saying anything. I am not trying to be a Karen, but I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time. Read moreCustomer service is terrible! I was greeted nicely however it went downhill after that. A couple was ordering when I came in. I was looking at the protein tubs to purchase while waiting on the couple's smoothies to be made. As she was completing their order I walked back over to the ordering station. There was a lady came in after me standing by the ordering station also. They worker decided to wait on the lady that came in after me first. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to patronize this Smoothie King waited at least another five minutes while she made the order in front of me. Then to have a customer that came in after me to be waited on before me.is unacceptable and rude. Today when I went in, one of the workers did not have a mask, and she kept rubbing her nose, sticking her fingers in her ears, and then continued to make smoothies while touching her face- she never once washed her hands.
All three girls working appeared to be high- moving extremely slow and were out of it. I had to give them instructions and help them make my smoothie because they couldn’t get it from the blender to the cup.
