The best successful of a business beside the best food is definitely the customer service, this place deserve the gold price without the person who runs the front counter at the mornings. The Argentinian Lady (Gabriela) is a shame for this coffee place. To start, she works because has to no because she feel good and ok to do it, always make them feel to the customer as we are asking for a favor no paying our food, personally always left me behind when I am trying to get my order, second of all, my husband and me work in this building, every single morning I GOT STUFF from this coffee place (Orange juice, empanadas, smoothies etc..), PLUS, I took my own food from home and go there to have lunch every for 30 minutes, getting something to drink every day as well for lunch and at least one a week we order food for lunch here. I can totally understand that you don't provide microwave for the public, Acceptable, but When I ask you to have couple plastic forks and you said that you don't have it??? Come on, you work in a coffee place not a construction field, you didn't give to me because you didn't wanted it. Plus This RUDE lady always take the food when is ready to the rest to the people or public, when I order the food she just call my name to me stand up and go to pick it up, no without mention that when I ask for OJ not always fresh only gave me one that was already prepair in a jar. Yesterday when I was getting my lunch at 4:00 pm with nobody at the coffee place, she came to me when I was eating and ask me in a RUDE way that we can not have our lunch there anymore , if we want to sit and eat there we have to buy the food every day and I was i shock what I was listening, like excuse meeee?? If were people waiting in a line to get the food and have a sit perfect understand, but come one there is NOBODY there eating, plussssss I always buy food or breakfast or lunch or drinks or candies, WTFFFFF, totally unacepptable, you don't have the right to ask us that, if you don't know in this country you can not discriminate the people and give them the treatment that you are giving us, so now its not funny to dont even want to pass by the front and see your unprofessional. To the manager and owner to his place, plese do something, i am not the only one who write a review talking about the same issue that everybody, make the business grow not going down. Feel like the guy cashier, it must have been his first day because he didn’t know much of what was going on and seemed lost. Like I ordered a Penne for your thoughts which on the menu screen says it’s served with the honey Cajun chicken but when my order came out, it was just the pasta and I pointed it out to him and he told me, I should have told him what protein I wanted so he can charge me for it but was willing to remake it with the chicken for no extra charge which was nice, but like I said just confusing because the menu on the tv already said it would come with it? Meanwhile, waiting on that, my two friends ordered two burgers and in the time it took them to remake my pasta, refire up my other friend’s lamb chop to be cooked longer, they still never go their burgers. There were also other people in the restaurant, I’m talking groups of people that got their food and walked out while my two friends still didn’t get their food so we gave up and asked for it took go. Still another 20min wait and they’re just looking at us the whole time while they’re giving out other food with no update. Read moreI order from this place every now and again. Understandably as it is located in Brickell, it tends to be full often. The two women that are the front of the place have such horrendous customer service. I called ahead as I typically do and was told to wait on the line to take my order. I listened for over 10:09 (as per my phone indicated) even heard them sing Happy Birthday to an employee and I was ignored. Called back and asked if they could take my order. With a nasty attitude she took it, didn't ask for my name and gave me 3 excuses as to why she couldn't give me the total. I show up for pick up. Order was not ready because according to her, I never called, nor spoke to anyone. Now I had to wait for my order and the attitude/customer service becomes that to which can only be compared to the type you get in the Cafeteria's in Hialeah. All this because as customer's they were interrupted while they were having a group meeting to discuss nail polishes. I have had enough and will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
