It's an unfortunate thing to write a bad review, as I know this is not good for business, but neither are rude employees. I used to go to coop all the time since the price point is good for MIA market and the sandwiches are good. But two different situations have caused me to put my foot down and never return to Coop. The young girl with the died hair at the counter is not a good cashier person. She unfortunately, is not a good communicator and makes people feel like we are bothing her, as we probably are. I asked about the total of my bill, as it seemed high, and she just said yeah that's the totall then flipped the screen to leave tip. I left tip and asked for the receipt. Low and behold TIP IS INCLUDED, and she failed to mention this when I asked about the total and still didn't say anything when I RETIPPED her. I'm sure she didn't think my intention was to leave her a double tip, but she said nothing. I went back to the counter to ask about this, and she just rudly pointed to a small, off to the side, sign that says "tip included." It seemed to me that if someone specifically asked about the total, this would be the time to mention the tip is, in fact, included. The next time I went to Coop, I was told they no longer give the employee discounts for district employee. This makes them one of the only places to not provide this discount to employees in MIA market. This is what made me decide to stop. So, the cashier steals extra tips with a bad attitude, plus they don't give the district discount. That, for me, was enough to say, I will no longer be spending my lunch money here. I also tell all my district friends that they no longer provide the discount and remind them that, TIP...

This restaurant location owner is a homophobic person. His instagram @chefdiegobotero. Has so very disgusting things to say against @dakotawright !!! “ Diego the famous “ 256 ways to eat a sandwich “ had this to say about the lgbtq community!! (“People like y’all is the reason KIDS ARE CONFUSED about their actual gender. Get a grip fruit loops.”).

Just plain disgusting. Like Brian Kenny said only two kind of straight people. The ones that hate you to your face , and the one who talk 💩 behind your back. Diego botero the ceo. Unfortunately falls under the ashole category. You are one sore looser to call him a fruit loops as if you haven’t see. That the shape of the cereal literally resembles you and the squirrel brains of yours to really be like hmmm what other way can one eat a chicken breast. You would fatty !! Get a grip and focus on lowering that...

I have to say, best juice i’ve had in a very long time. The Coop has done it again, WOW. It reminds me of the time i was in barcelona, this child had a lemonade stand near the river. He asked if I could spare any change for a cup of lemonade. I hesitated, but I thought about what my mother taught me. She would want me to make this a memory for that child. I walked up to the child, got on one knee and placed my hand on his shoulder. I gave the young man a 50 dollar bill and said “with this bill, you’ll be able to not just buy more lemonade, but support the beginning of your future”. He shed a tear, as he poured my cup of lemonade. The taste of the fresh squeezed lemonade made me shed two tears. I looked at him in the eyes and said “thank you, for you have quenched my thirst for me to live another day”. This was what this lemonade at the coop...

Who’s headed to Miami soon?🌶️💌🥵 Miami Design District’s new @miamarketmiami impressed us beyond words. This new, one-of-a-kind, chef-to-table concept food hall combines some of the best food we’ve tried in Miami. The elevated Mia Market is a twist on a typical food court but of course made suitable for the abstract and luxurious Miami Design District. World renowned sushi with ingredients from Japan daily, organic juices made in minutes, handmade ice cream, Israeli cuisine packed with nutritious ingredients, mastered cocktails, and fresh made pizza & pasta are only a few of the stand out offerings from Mia Market. What we tried: @jaffamiami 🥗🧆🌶️ @sushiyasutanaka 🍣 @coopmiami 🍗🐓🧇 @hotlimekitchen 🌮 @miamarketmiami ‘s bar 🍸 We promise you, it will be difficult to pick just one spot when you visit. $15.86 for Chick-fil-A, a 20% automatic gratuity that can't be removed, and bad management decisions. You will not be greeted by staff here, as there is a touch-screen to place your order. If you have questions about the food, maybe they expect you to read the surprisingly generous reviews online. Or maybe they expect you to pull up ChatGPT and ask it what it thinks. For this total absence of customer service, they will automatically add a 20% gratuity. I did ask a staff member if that could be removed and they said it could not without a manager, and no manager was working. I asked if they received the tip and they said no, they thought it went to the owners. Wow. The sandwich is essentially a Chick-fil-A. It's easy to see why some restaurants go out of business so quickly. Will not be back.
