Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

None im really dissatisfied and un happy with this costumer service i had today with the assistant manager and the employee i spoke to i am a general manager is really sad how a assistant manager you call them as soon i place the order by accident my son always order from you im loyal costumer i have never called ask for nothing even when you guys forget put something first time i called because im allergic tu mushrooms and speaking to the manager explaining that i present paper im allergic mushroom and i just told her if she can change it tu chicken carbonada even i had pay more that be ok but she was sow rude not even professional not even apologize she just didn’t care she just first thing she said well i don't care food is in the oven wright know and im cancel the order instead of caring to not loose a costumer and just change the pasta and that is loosing money and not caring about costumer i would like my money back i have time place order time i called didn't even take 4 minute me call them to say of they can change !!! I wouldn't even give a star to that lady even she make crew members not even care what the costumer like I mot ever ordering...

Man what a bad experience with this location

I called and order 2 pizzas, I am told that today they don’t have delivery so I should be picked up within the next 20 minutes, I showed up at location 24 minutes later and as soon as I walk in a see a delivery driver picking up order , so I just walk into cashier and ask to pick up my order , at this point they tell me my order just went into the oven So then I ask why would you tell me to come here in 20 minutes and the managers response is ,, we are too busy I said ok , then I ask what about the delivery driver , I was told you don’t have delivery today , her reply was I TOLD YOU ALREADY WE ARE BUSY So well I just stand there waiting for my order. Total waiting there another 10 minutes Once a pay for my order I ask for the managers name , and turns oit to be the same persons who said they are BUSY today

So I laugh and said you guys need to step it up and do better , then the guy making the pizzas tells me to shut up and walk away. At this point it got personal and called a few names and walked out ,, this...

This place is a joke. I order a Pibb, they just gave me a coke. They did not care. I said deliver it to my hotel room. Their lazy delivery driver just left it at the lobby.

Some of you may read this and think “big deal.”

Here is the “ big deal.”

I as the customer paid my money, for a certain item, and for my food to be delivered to my room. I also tipped these lazy “jokes”

And my instructions were not heeded. My money was gladly taken. But my order and its delivery instructions were, just tossed to the wayside.

It is the principle of the matter. If I or you is paying. Then our institutions should be followed.

Lastly when I called to demand my money for the drink I did not order back and the tip money back. I was hung up...
