I feel surprised by the behavior shown to my friend and I today. Our order was wrong. While forgetting to add fries to an order is not a huge deal, the employee Jeylia (who was at the drive thru window handing over the orders) was giving us a very harsh tone. She told us the order did not include fries on her end, to which we responded we would just like to buy them if it hadn't been added. Her attitude was very unfriendly and defensive as we handed her a card to use for the transaction. We sat in our car, flabbergasted, as this employee began to slam the credit card around and yell towards her own coworkers. While we prepared to wait for the order to go through and recieve the card back, Jeylia did not give her coworker any time to even use the card as she pushed us out of the drive thru line.
Jeylia told us harshly we had to park and wait or get off and order without handing us the card back. We requested to wait for the card, to which Jeylia yelled towards her coworker to return the card. Her poor coworker was confused. It was obvious she had no idea what was going on and probably assumed we no longer wanted to add the fries.
Jeylia handed us the card and shoved us away with her tone. She was very rude and gave no room for discussion.
We did as asked and moved the car forward to leave enough space for anyone driving behind us. There, we parked and waited only to have no one come up to us. Understandably, since Jeylia did not inform her coworker about the order. She did not prioritize the mistake made by the person taking the order nor did she care that we were waiting.

In my orders they have forgotten the fries, of the cheese on the burgers. Once they even forgot the top bun on my Big Mac. So today I deside to walk in with my family just to sit and enjoy dessert. This Saturday, I went to pick up an online order and they informed me that the order did not appear in the system. They called the manager, Diana, who rudely mentioned that if the order didn't show up in the system, she couldn't do anything. Despite my attempts to show her the receipt, she turned around and walked away while I was trying to talk to her.
Feeling very irritated, I headed out to the parking lot. Before leaving, another customer hurried out to inform me that my order had "been received." I returned, and after some time, they handed me the order, and I left.
