Me and my boyfriend were trying to find a late night eatery and came across this place based off reviews. Right off the bat when I was calling to ask what time they closed some guy on the phone answered me rudely and had an attitude over the phone and hung up immediately after abruptly after he answered my question. I brushed it off as nothing and thought they must be really busy. When we got there ,the waitress on the floor was kind to let us know they were closed but the bar was open with a late night menu. For 10 minutes at the bar me and my boyfriend were waiting for someone to help us and tried to get a female bartender attention but she looked back and kept walking off. Again I brushed off the fact that she was busy. The late night menu was a huge disappointment it was more like a diner menu than a pub menu where I could easily get any of these items for cheaper at a fast food restaurant. But we stayed because we were hungry and we didn't know where else to go. When we were ready to order I asked a question first about something on the menu and wasn't finished to have the male bartender walk away to talk to someone else. Yet again tried to get someone attention to take our order. Both bartenders seemed to be more occupied to make sure everyone else was taken care of with a smile. The food was nothing special and mediocre. $9 for 3 chicken strips and had to pay for fries separately.I was ready to leave so I asked for a to go box for our food, it took the guy 5 minutes to get it because he was so busy talking away with everyone else and kind you there was only like less than 20 people in that bar who already had ordered something and has it in front of them. I will never waste my money there again. Unfriendly customer service and overpriced "late...

I live in the building and i've had the displeasure of dealing with the owner's alcoholic daughter one too many times. Sara is known for being rude and unpleasant but this time really takes the cake. After receiving the wrong order, the man who took our order shelled out whatever excuse he could think of to not take responsibility for his simple mistake, including asking if we had opened it at the restaurant to make sure it was right. When we went downstairs to replace the order the man came outside with the new order but during that interaction he continuously called me "baby" At which point, I told him politely "sir, you don't know me. Please don't call me baby, i'm not your baby. He completely disregarded that and continued calling me baby. All this was in front of Sara, the owner's daughter. She just watched this whole situation unfold and did nothing. We later found out the man is her new boyfriend and that's why she let this happen. Come to find out through my neighbor in the building that sara and her boyfriend were sitting at the bar joking about it and calling me "soup lady" (I had received the wrong type of soup) A small mistake that they turned into a bigger issue by being immature and more importantly, drunk on the job. I have yet to speak to the owner Mike and hope that he will take some sort of action. I will post again and share Mikes handling of the situation as I feel his daughter will change the story and I want it to be...

Arrived at 7:20 PM to grab my 5 year old a quick bite to eat. It took 15 minutes before anyone bothered to ask if we wanted a drink or menus and no they were not busy at the time. We shrug it off as these things happen. We order nachos to start as my son is starving, we were given the wrong order of Nachos as they have two different Nacho appetizers, we shrug this off as these things happen. 20 minutes after we place our order, we were told they don't have roast beef and cannot make a French Dip sandwich , ok we shrug this off and order my 5 year old a cheese burger. Did it really take 20 minutes for them to realize they couldn't make a French dip sandwich? 90 minutes from the time we are seated they serve him deep fried fish ( which he hates ) as a consolation for waiting 90 minutes and told us the hamburger is on its way . His bedtime is 9:00pm and we get the burger a few minutes before 9:00pm in a " to go" carton and plastic bag. I asked the waitress if she noticed that for the past 90 minutes we had no place setting no silverware. This place is joke! I left my caesar salad there as I had no silverware to eat with, so I picked the chicken off like a freaking vulture. Food sucks! Service sucks! Regretfully this is the only negative review I have ever...

This spot was a great find in a condo highrise next to the Marriott Key Biscayne . After eating at the Marriott more than several times , l spotted this little gem from my room . I thought it was a private restaurant and was happy to find out that it was open to the public . The bartender was very helpful, she walked us out to the table got our orders and gave suggestions. Since we weren’t too hungry , we just had appetizers. I had a beer 🍺 and potato skins that were delicious. My friend had the coconut shrimp . She said it was very good . The crust was crispy and the shrimp was delicious… perfectly cooked . We sat outside with a fantastic view . I will say that there is some type of construction going on , so don’t be surprised that there is a little work zone . Just look past the roped off area and up at the view and stars .

Downtown Miami's best kept secret: on the 9th floor of a condo there's this wonderful, absolutely amazing, family-owned Irish sports pub. Its food is the best happy hour grub you'll get this side of Wynwood, $2 pints on Tuesdays, and legendary specials on game night and St. Patrick's. The friendly staff treats clients as family, and whether you're at the outside tables, indoor booths, the bar, or the pool room, you'll get exceptional service. On top of that, they've got cheap valet parking and are within walking distance of the Omni metromover and bus station. It's an absolutely wonderful place: if you're in the downtown area and want a great place for food, drinks, to meet with clients or to wind down, I can't recommend this place any higher.

Staying at the Marriott Biscayne and needed some food within walking distance. This place showed up on Google Maps. It’s on the 9th floor of an adjacent building. The outside is currently under construction. Food and time to receive food was dismal. Can’t speak on the atmosphere because we were there on 10/11/24 at around 5pm. Small crowd, but I can imagine on weekends it could have potential. Again, food quality and time to get food, not great, staff was friendly. May be better options in the area. We ordered Zingers, a pizza, half and full rack ribs, and a salad.
