The only reason this establishment receives 2 stars instead of 1 is purely because of the scenic marina view—it’s the one redeeming quality in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Despite having over 100 bar seats, only two bartenders were on duty, clearly overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the crowd. The bar is undeniably overpriced, though that’s somewhat expected given its location within the tourist-heavy Bayside Marketplace.

We ordered a simple Rum and Coke, only to be told they don’t carry Coke—only Pepsi. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting for those with a preference. As for food, it isn’t even prepared on-site; it’s brought over from another restaurant within the complex, which resulted in an excruciatingly long wait—nearly an hour. When we expressed our concerns, the manager came over and offered a brief apology, but no effort to make things right—no comped drink, no discount, just excuses.

To top it off, the two drinks (well drinks, not premium pours) cost $45, thanks in part to an automatic 18% gratuity that was added to the bill—despite the lackluster service. We were even prompted to tip more on top of that, as if the mandatory gratuity might not be enough.

Amazing place good drink rude and unprofessional bartender. Not all just one guy he was on Sunday afternoon . I ordered pinacolada and beer. He charged me 45 dollar . I kindly ask to see the check as menu show the pinacolata was around 16 $ and beer around 8 $.He tru the menu and check al most on my face . It was around 6 pm if manager want to look on camera . He show me the pinacolata 24 dollar so I guess was no only one on menu fine I know he need to make sales . Got it . i wish he ask before making premium . It was no problem paying more but is all about costumer service and attitude. Hope was just bad day for him that is way his manager keeping him to work there .
