3 stars because I used to like this place and it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately it no longer lives up to it. I just got a small cappuccino and a mozzarella pesto ciabatta which is listed under hot sandwiches and aid $10 for. Well first they gave me an XL cappuccino which was basically the same amount of espresso with an XL amount of milk which tastes like...milk. I asked them to make a new one which they said of course and the lady then proceeded to pour my XL coffee into a small up. When I told the manager he was like of course we will make a new one. ok fine. I let it go. But then i get back to my office, take out my sandwich and its ice cold! I had to warm it up in the microwave. There's just a lot of incompetence and service is key in this industry. Only one guy speaks English while everyone else speaks Spanish. And the guy who speaks English is the only one who knows what's going on. When I pay $17 for my breakfast and I have limited time away from my work desk, I expect more. Btw I feel like some of these steller reviews may be scripted because this is not the first time I had an experience like this but I used to like them so much that I really didn't want to write anything negative. It’s great to have a local business like this nearby, especially since it’s so convenient for the community. However, I wanted to offer some feedback regarding customer experience, as I think there’s potential for the business to improve even further.
Customer engagement is key, and I’ve noticed that the staff doesn’t always seem welcoming. It’s important that your team smiles and creates a positive atmosphere when customers come in—it can make all the difference in how people feel when they walk through the door. Customer service is about creating a comfortable, friendly experience, and right now, it feels a bit stiff, which could deter people from returning.
Additionally, I’ve observed that the prices are on the higher end, which is understandable for quality, but it might be helpful to balance the pricing with an even better customer experience to justify the cost. Making sure the team speaks to customers with proper English and engages with warmth would definitely make a huge difference and increase loyalty in the long run.

Read moreI went there today and the service was terrible. There was a new guy employee and he was at the register he was struggling to take our order and I suppose behind him was a lady that has been working there for a while and she was supposed to be helping him but instead she was too busy on her phone. To say the least our order took forever and they were bringing the wrong food to the table when we finally got our food it was cold and not very appetizing. I then decided to go in and order a latte. Mind you 20 minutes later I had to go inside to see why i had not received my latte. The lady was like we don’t have an order for a latte here. Unbelievable and it’s not like the place was full it was pretty much empty. On the way out they brought out the wrong order to the table next to us. Never again will I go to this place....
