I had an amazing time there at my cousin's bachelorette party (8 girls). This is definitely the place to go after walking the Wyndwood walls and grabbing some delicious tapas nearby. We walked a few blocks from the walls and arrived at around 11pm on a Saturday night (no line, no cover charge, upscale dress code, but we got away with flats). The bar is inside and the dancefloor is outside with only roof coverage. When we went, the weather was clear and cool for a Florida summer with a nice breeze. Because it is primarily outdoors, your experience is entirely dependent on the weather there, which can be a gamble in Florida. When we got there, we grabbed a table and chairs and caught the end of an amazing live performance by a latinx band singing covers of hit songs. They were amazing singers and performers - it was a great way to start the night. After the live performance, the DJ was really good as well, playing a mix of of the usual club hits at a volume that won't break your eardrums (at least compared to other clubs). The drinks were average price for the area ($11 for beer, $16ish for cocktails), but I was pleasantly surprised that all water was FREE. I bought a hookah for the table for $45 and it lasted for the entire 2 hours, even with 6 girls smoking it. It was worth it to get there early and stake out a table and spot on the dance floor because, by the time we left, it was packed to the gills with a line around the block. As we were leaving, we hopped into the gelato shop attached to the club and it was the perfect end to the night. My only complaint is that a manager (I assume) was pretty rude to my group. There was another group sharing our table that wanted bottle service. The manager wanted to take our hookah away so he could use the table, but we were still smoking it and it was too expensive to give up after just 30 minutes. One of our fierce latina ladies was able to get him to compromise to moving the hookah to another table, but the exchange was pretty heated and didn't need to escalate that far. I definitely don't understand this guy's logic about taking away the hookah that we just bought when it was no big deal just to move it out of his way. Other than that one unpleasant interaction, my experience with The Dirty Rabbit would have been 5...
Read moreI was at a work conference and came here as recommended. I ordered hookah and wasn’t not satisfied with it. I told my waitress who said she needed to speak to her manager. The manger came to me with an unwelcoming demeanour and rude and aggressive attitude. Instead of asking me the issue or apologizing for my unsatisfactory experience, he basically said he wasn’t going to refund me for smoking the hookah for 10mins. I was very disappointed and told him that. I asked to cancel my order since I was only smoking for 10mins but he said “no, we can’t do that”. So I said I’d like to leave and that my experience was terrible. My tone was not rude but direct. He left abruptly. Before leaving I asked my waitress for the managers name and she said she couldnt give out his name. He saw us speaking and came up to me and said his name was Julio (apparently). He was a short, small man with blond hair. His attitude was bigger than it should have been as a manager. He then went overboard unnecessarily and asked security to escort me out. Security was aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. Security followed me until I left and the. I started recording this terrible experience and I was uncomfortable with the security escorting me out aggressively. Then I notice Julio (apparent name of the manager) recording me. I was shocked as I didn’t nothing wrong but speak up. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place. They only care about making money and not customer satisfaction. Don’t go here. Hookah is NOT made well - the head was overpacked and they don’t know how to communicate well (or in English). As someone who smokes hookah often, I know good hookah and this place cannot provide it. Be aware of terrible management, aggressive security and terrible hookah! Be prepared to get kicked out for asking the managers name after a unsatisfactory experience. Go elsewhere!

Read morePlace was cool and had a good vibe, though a lot of it spanish. Strong drinks but they're expensive like everything in miami. Me and my fiance were having a good time. The first issue became when me and my fiance were sitting at a high table in the back right corner of the venue minding our business. Place was not very crowded yet as it was early. A group of girls came and sat at the table directly behind us. A security guy came up and demanded that WE move down a table, and then when we did move he turned around and ask the group of girls that just sat down if that was enough space for them. Excuse me? Okay then. The second issue became when we were dancing with a group of people we had met there, my girlfriend got her heel stuck in a board to the right of the stage, and tripped and fell on the bench directly behind her into a sitting position. A different security guard saw this and came running up and started yelling at her that she was too drunk and needed to leave. That Wasn't really the case, at all. My fiance and the whole group of friends we met all decided to sit there and hang out and wait for me to go get the group some water, to appease this security nerd. I came back after spending $30 on 3 bottles of water, and they were gone. The whole group. I chased down the security guard and asked him where my group went, he pointed to the exit of the venue. They were all kicked out. We most certainly regret our choice to not stay across the street at racket, because this place looked more popular. When we left, racket looked so sick. But we were so annoyed by the situation that we ubered home and called it a night. It was 1am anyway. Will definitely never come back here, go to racket or gramps instead. We club an excessive amount, and this was the first time we've been treated so unreasonably. I heard security was tough in miami about this kind of stuff, but seriously those security guards are...
