Love the menu design, it has photos of everything on the menu including the cocktails in their cute glasses. I commend them for making it in this format. It is usually a gimmick associated with Denny's and cheap eats, but it's something I have always loved, and one of the main reasons I use yelp to help me make food selections. They must have some high level quality control in the kitchen because everything looked picture perfect, even more beautiful than the menu pics. The restaurant is beautiful. Their commitment to solar energy I read about in the menu and murals made of bottle caps tout their eco friendly and sustainable values. Much respect for doing their best to try and meet these goals. The food is exotic and full of flavor. Miami vibes meets traditional Peruvian cuisine done with a little extra class and a style all their own. We had the duck over some kind of delicious green rice, big pozole corn pieces and topped off with a perfectly fried egg. Explosion of flavors! I had a manta colada for a drink made with Peruvian Pisco, which is a kind of grape liquor like conac or grapa, we had to look it up, super...

Peruvian cuisine done right!
I started off with their Pisco Sour since at the time we arrived it was 2 for 1 Happy Hour deal! Very strong which makes me happy!
For appetizers I decided to go with
• Sashimi Octopus aka Pulpo al Olivo; very different but in a great way. Purple sauce was very yummy make sure you squeeze an extra lime on top! • Conchitas a la Parmesana aka Mini Scallops with Parmesan. A little too salty for my palate. I know I know it’s made with Parmesan but it was overpowering.
For my entrée I had
• Creamy Avocado Risotto with Grilled Scallop. Loved their Avocado Risotto but didn’t appreciate the over burnt grilled Octopus; also it was over cooked meaning it felt more like chewing a Dubble Bubble Gum (if you know, you know)
No desserts this time around as nothing caught my attention. Loved the atmosphere at the restaurant. Great Happy Hour choices and servers were the best! They actually do team work and help...

I was really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately, Manta delivers the exact opposite of what Peruvian food should be. • Food Quality & Taste: The dishes were poorly prepared, lacking freshness, seasoning, and authenticity. What I tried bore little resemblance to real Peruvian flavors. Instead, everything tasted bland and, frankly, unpleasant. • Authenticity: Peruvian cuisine is about creativity, fusion, and depth of flavor. This restaurant completely misses the mark! • Pricing: Everything is heavily overpriced considering the low quality. • Amenities: No Wi-Fi is provided, which adds to the sense of poor service and lack of attention to customer experience. • Overall Impression: I honestly don’t understand how this place manages to have such a high rating. Perhaps it’s due to people unfamiliar with true Peruvian cuisine, or inflated reviews. Either way, it’s very misleading.
If you want to truly experience Peruvian food, I strongly recommend...
