Thus review is to inform the person involved to pay attention and not be so unwilling to admit that it’s easy to make a mistake and there is no reason to get an attitude when dealing with a stupid cheeseburger meal.
This took place on Thanksgiving day so I almost hate to write a not so good review.
Thank you for working on a holiday that part is appreciated.
But, I Was given my to go order that I ordered for family after my wife and I had dinner in house, (to the tune of $30.00 for 2 burger meals) and discovered the to go order was missing a few items, I asked nicely to have it fixed. (Yes I was nice at first) however, He didn’t believe me but reluctantly tried a quick fix. That fix was wrong as well. I patiently pointed out that it too was not right. And he sighed and grumbled under his breath, and opened every item in my bag to inspect them, he even more be grudgingly tried to fix it to what I asked for, but again didn’t do what I was trying to get him to do. This happened 3 times during this encounter, before he lost his temper and slammed his hands down and told me to look at the receipt and slid it across the counter. Then motioned to the computer as “do you want to do it?” So I had to raise my voice at this moment to inform him that he was not listening to what I was saying before he tried to make an attempt at each fix. I was trying to get him to understand that what he typed in when I originally placed the order was not what I asked for, so even though the receipt said one thing it was not right from the start. It ended with 3 wrong burgers and a missing fry. Also had to ask for the kids meal drink because he forgot that too. I still spent over $50.00 on the to go food and did not get everything I ordered. He was mad I was mad it ended with a stale mate because I didn’t want a fight. Ugh!
Everyone makes mistakes and I understand but he was not listening and didn’t want to hear that he had made mistakes. He was in too much of a hurry and pretty much just didn’t care about what he was doing. A little too much of an ego to admit it was just wrong...
Read moreThis was a very miserable establishment. I asked for no ice and I asked for no mayonnaise and I got ice and I got mayonnaise. And when I came back inside to get my sandwich fixed the people inside were so miserable. One lady didn't even speak English and she was the one reading the tickets. And as soon as I heard the lady at the teleprompter in the drive through she sounded miserable. It made me feel like placing my order was a bothersome. I didn't even want my sandwich fixed I just wanted my money back because I didn't want that poor miserable energy being put into the food that I was about to ingest. You guys need to do better. Hire people that can read and understand English so you stop...
Read moreGreat located, but the traffic in the area and the near by crowded fast food restaurants makes its access a bit difficult. The staff is nice, professional, and efficient. The food is ready in a few minutes, and there is no line on drive through. The food is good and well prepared. Really everything good. I love ordering my Strawberry summer salad or avocado salad. One of the things I appreciate and learned from Wendy's is the delicious Pomegranate...
