We have been the regular customer of the great Dunkin Donus located at 27 N Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, Ohio as after office we (5 friends) always used to go and grab a ice caramel latte medium with whip cream as well as tasty delicious donuts and hash browns. We spend an average of 30 -50 dollars a day and spend couple of hours in the patio of Dunkin and we loved it so far..However everything dramatically and drastically changed yesterday as always we went to the Drive Thru of Dunkin ordered 3 ice caramel latte with whip cream and 6 hashbrowns as well as the new seasonal drink i forgot the name of the drink ... We ordered and went by the window and handed the card either ( Bengali or Indian) guy our credit card and got our food. Then one of my friend ask me whether he can get with M&M on his ice latte then i requested the cashier which at that time is a hispanic or mix guy do not know his name. I grabbed my coffee and then he came back after a minute and told me that they cannot put M& M in the coffee. Then the other guy ( Indian or Bengali) was came and showed his attitude towards me yelling and telling me that they do not do these kind of things putting M& M in the coffee here; only Baskin Robins put M&M inside the coffee... He also told me that from next time i cannot tell him that on the pick up window.. It was unintentional as my friend wanted M& M on that day. What the heck man i have been coming to yhis freaking store for 6-7 months now and this guy knows every one of us and still behaving in this way... I only asked him for the M& M and i told him to give me on the side if he cannot put inside the coffee and i am not asking anything for free as well. I am going to pay for it.But this idiot guy attitude really made my day horrible and told myself that i will never go to the Dunkin again in my life.. He has never shown us that kind of attitude before however i do not know what went wrong to him he was just too aggressive. And then after he gave me the M& M and it was 59 cents and i handed him my credit card one more time to charge however he was asking me for the cash which i did not have at that time and due to the credit card surcharge i guess he did not charge 59 cents for the M & M. If the attitude towards the regular customer is like that how do you think that Indian or Bengali guy has the attitude towards new people. I am hoing to report to the ICE as well about him as I believe that he might be illegal in our country.. This is different thing not your issue. However i want you to take some action towards that Dunkin Donuts as well as their employee and want to show and train them about the customer seevice... Thanks you have lost 5 daily customer.. I am going to miss all your caramel latte with whip cream donuts and hash brown however this is always an...
Read moreFor background info, I work at a Dunkin' Donuts in Findlay, OH, but I went to this specific location today because I was visiting family. Anyways, coming from a Dunkin' employee, this is the WORST Dunkin' that I've ever been to. I ordered a frosted jelly donut (which was amazing I'll give them that), a bacon topped avocado toast, and a frozen coffee. The bacon on the toast was HOURS old. It was crunchy, leathery, and almost had a beef jerky consistency. Bacon is not to be left out, and kept in our sliding drawers to be kept heated. The bacon was also not prepared properly, because there was little seasoning on it. When I was handed my toast, the employee did not speak English and then proceeded to get upset with me that I didn't speak their language. She wasn't wearing gloves either which is a HEALTH VIOLATION. The frozen coffee was awful. I asked for a frozen coffee with 3 mocha, 5 raspberry, 5 hazelnut, and whipped cream with the drizzle cup and drizzle on top. They proceeded to only give me 3 mocha, 5 raspberry, and mocha syrup stuck to the bottom of the cup, no hazelnut, and no whipped cream. On top of it all, I had to tell the employee SEVERAL times my order. It's one thing to not know how to use the register, but it's another to deliberately get an order wrong. On top of all of that, I was there with a male friend. There was an older male customer in the store. My male friend used the restroom as I was ordering, and before anyone came to the register, the old man came behind me and was looking over my shoulder at the donuts. He was making me extremely uncomfortable, and whenever I tried to distance myself he'd come closer. This is not Dunkin's fault at all, but between the horrible employees and the uncomfortable customers, I will...
Read moreStopped in and got two of my favorites. With a piping hot cup of roast, I started in on enjoying my filled donuts. One, then two, then after 4 bites on the first one, I had not even located any of the filling that was supposed to occupy the doughy cavity of said filled donut. There was barely enough filling to even dye the dough. So I called the store.
I explained the lack of filling in the donuts. The response from the Dunkin employee was something I was not aware of and totally tweaked my brain. I will quote exactly what he said. He said, "we do not make the donuts"
I was like, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, what do you mean you don't make the donuts? He said, sir, we do not make the donuts another company does and delivers them here.
This has ruined my perception of this companies business model and the cozy feeling I would get every time I went. I had no idea that Dunkin did not make their own donuts.
Excuse my seemingly naive view as I am sure everybody knows this lol. Now there is this feeling of being deceived and mislead by a company that does not make delicious confectionery goodness, but offers subpar third party imitations. They used to make them? Some stores do? Or perhaps they changed their bakery source?
Plenty of other places to go. Change is good. Got to get out of my comfort zone anyway.
Update to the above original is that they provided replacements as to the product quality. I was...
