McDonald's — Restaurant in Michigan City

This was the second time I stopped into McDonald's this week and I just got off my Midnight Shift I ordered the same thing each time , A Large Ice Carmel Frappe with Extra Carmel Drizzle and A Large Iced Carmel Macchiato , TO GO , the store was not busy inside , drive through had a line but that's why I go inside , I would think it would take no more then 8 minutes tops with no rushing to make both drinks and that's probably still to long for them , 5 vehicles make it through the drive thru to receive there orders , I'm still patiently waiting no problem I just got off work and I'm super tired I'm good , I stood for another 20 minutes so now I'm inside waiting on 2 drinks and it's been about 35-40 minutes , both drinks have been made from what I could hear since the machine that makes the Iced Coffee Drinks and Smoothie's is right on the other side of the little partition I was standing next to , 40 minutes now and what looked like the Manager or Supervisor comes around the partition with the Large Macchiato and Then Carmel Frappe sets them on the counter and walks away , I asked if they were for me witch they were I picked them up and walked out got to my car set the drinks on the roof to get my keys out unlocked my door and went to grab the drinks and I look at them and both drinks where completely liquid , melted, NO ICE , this was the second time this week , I wasn't going to go back in , I just left and just told myself the next time they...

I regret EVER giving this place 5 Stars! They don’t deserve 1 star! I sit down and plug my cellphone in so I could Oder from the McDonalds App and here comes mouthy manager 1 being very disrespectful and yes if you want to sit here you have to buy something and I said yes I know and I am ordering it off my phone. So I got my order. And not even 20 minutes later here comes mouthy manager number 2 more disrespectful than the last one and yes hey you guys have to leave and I am tired of all you homeless people coming in here and sitting here and I said 1st of all I am not homeless and I did buy something so I am a paying customer. And she said that doesn’t matter. You have to go and by the way don’t come back and accused me of falling asleep in there in the past. And I have been diagnosed with Norcolepsey Syndrome. Of which I have no control of. I don’t understand why people have to treat people like this when they don’t know ANYTHING ABOUT THEM! Well, I see already that this location has appalling reviews, so let's go ahead and add one.

I stopped here to get a couple McMuffins and a smoothie. Simple order. There were minimal cars in the drive thru. I put in a mobile order, paid online, went to the speaker to check-in, no problem, went to the first window, my card was billed for $6 (verified by Chase), went to the second window, and the woman told me that I had to wait in a spot (for two McMuffins and a smoothie. At an empty store. At 7:20 in the morning.)

After waiting five minutes (again, for two McMuffins and a smoothie), this belligerent black woman came out and accused me of not paying for my order. I showed her my digital receipt AND my email from Chase, and she said "there's nothing I can do, you didn't pay". With CLEAR EVIDENCE IN FRONT OF HER. When I told her what my order was, she said "You didn't pay for it, there's nothing I can do".

So effectively, if you like handing money to this restaurant, and getting nothing in return, stop here for nothing. Because they will steal from you. And then accuse you of...
