Wingstop — Restaurant in Middle Township

We went in on Wednesday and ordered wingstop for the first time. We had waited over thirty minutes for two meals. The music was so loud that we could barely hear Or talk to the person behind the register. As we were waiting we noticed one of the workers in the kitchen eating a popsicle while getting food together and expediting. I understand it's been hot, but i've worked in food service and I know you're not supposed to eat while handling others' food. It almost seemed like there was a serious lack of employees in the kitchen due to how long it took to get the food, yet there were five, or six of them right behind the register just hanging out. When they finally called us, we grabbed the bag and went home. Once home, we went to grab our food out of the bag and we noticed the bottom of the bag was completely covered in sauce. At first we thought they put the wings in sideways, but then realized that the sauce was not from our food. They must have put the bag on a sauce covered counter when placing our food in the bag. We had hoped that all of this would have at least been worth it when we tried the food, but even that was disappointing. We both ate a couple of wings and tossed the rest. Came in for a quick dinner over the weekend. Placed an order online, arrived to the store and was greeted by a friendly cashier that asked if I was picking up or placing an order. My order wasn't ready yet and they let me know it would be 5-10 more minutes which I understood as it looked like they were very busy. Order boneless wings, fries, and corn. My name was called out and they verified my order before I left as well as apologized for the additional wait. Everything was hot and fresh even after a short drive back to the place I was staying at. Reading the reviews, looks like the place recently opened. Personally, I think they did a pretty good job while I was there and they were pumping out orders quickly. My advice is have a little patience during peak times especially on...

First and last time for this place. It was like a bag of chicken from Walmart the two sauces I picked was garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. It was almost like they forgot to add the sauce to both but the Lemon pepper almost looked like it was in the Breading so the flavors were very dry. I’m sure the french fries would’ve been good, but you stood there and waited to be waited on after ordering online and the girl behind the counter and you could see the bag with your name on it but she just kept walking back-and-forth like she was lost.
