Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

Okay let’s talk about it. I live in downtown cleveland and drive to this Dunkin every day with my child. We go to this Dunkin because 1. The staff here are beyond incredible. They are fun, up beat, smile and literally greet you as you walk in the door! When you order they make sure that your customizations are perfect and you don’t need anything additionally. They also don’t rush you and make you feel like your another transaction to them. Clearly the management here is amazing because this place is super clean (even to the point of no smudges on the door).

Now let’s talk about the food!

I have been to many Dunkin’s and this location clearly knows how to make there drinks properly, there muffins are always fresh and there sandwiches are always melted and ready to be eaten and there hot! ( other Dunkin’s the sandwiches are cold and clearly the cheese isn’t melted and it’s just thrown together).

Let’s talk atmosphere now! The managers at this location never NEVER have yelled at there employees here and be little them in front of customers. (Other Dunkin’s you here them yelling)

The renovation is nice and more open! Very friendly and nice! You also get your order very fast here (other Dunkin’s you wait what feels like forever)

This location is 11/10. There is a reason why I drive to this one every day and I live downtown! Dunkin should be proud of every single one of there workers here!!! All these staff need raises...

I am so beyond frustrated with this place. Everytime I go and order food from the drive through I don’t order anything crazy it’s usually a sandwich, hash browns, a refresher and a hot matcha and they manage to mess it up everytime. I’ve been yelled at through the window for a mistake they made or even today I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and he even repeated it back to me but then on the screen it said croissant. I drove up to the window to get it and it’s on a croissant. I wasn’t really mad about it but it’s super frustrating that everytime I come here they will repeat to me what I ordered then give me the wrong thing at the window. So I told the man at the window, “this is suppose to be on a bagel.” He said,” oh I can bring you out a bagel and you can put the sandwich on that.” Are you serious? Also I forgot to mention that when you pull up to order they don’t even greet you or even act like they like their job. Trust me, I don’t like my job as much as the next guy but when you greet someone that is starving or excited to order these people act like it’s such a burden on them to help you with your order. It’s always super unpleasant and I’m extremely tired of it. I’m never coming here again. And I’ll make sure anyone who asks me about this dunkin I’ll tell them to stay away and go to starbucks because those people actually act like they care about the customer and be nice even if they...

Update went back today after 7 months away but I was really wanting a breakfast sandwich and a donut. Breakfast sandwich was great but I just don't understand why they have to do things different than the standard dunkin' donuts way My favorite donut is sour cream and for some reason they're not making sour cream donuts they do sell something that they're calling sour cream but all it is is an old fashioned with glaze on it. That is not the same thing sour cream donuts are literally made of sour cream old fashioned or not there's a different texture to them and a different taste I should have stayed gone longer than the 7 months their prices are still ridiculous. And I noticed they don't give you the receipt unless you ask them for it so you can't do the review thing

I just want to know why they jack their prices up more than any other dunkin' donuts I drive for a living so I'm all over the area Medina Akron stow hunting valley Ashtabula Grafton.. I have the same drink I love it and only at dunkin' donuts in Middleburg heights is it $6 for a medium ice latte. No one else is charging that it's 460 or something like that pretty sure it's got something to do...
