Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown Township

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. First and foremost, the lady who took my order was very rude. I originally ordered chai latte, toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee cake muffin. I waited for a 15 minutes before having to ask them for chai latte that I never received. Finally another cashier went to go make it before she realized that they didn’t have anymore chai to make the latte. So asked me what did I want in return. I told her I would rather a Matcha latte. She two spoons of matcha with some hot water, stir it and gave it to me and as you can tell by the picture, aside from the amount in she put in the cup. But it tasted very disgusting. the coffee cake muffin was so hard, it tasted as if it was a few days old. The customer service there was very horrible. My thing is if the first cashier who took my order actually went to go make the latte after taking my order, she would have noticed that there weren’t anymore instead of making me wait. Her attitude definitely matched her actions. Because she did not care. Waste of money. It makes so sense to go there. There’s another one just two miles up the road. New employees are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers!! I've visited this location a few times since the staff change and I've repeatedly had messed up orders, placed an order for curbside pick up only to wait in my car for 15 minutes...go into the restaurant & find my order sitting on a counter while the employees are standing around texting on their cellphones!! Most recently I was asked to leave for "sitting in the dining room too long"...I purchased an iced coffee when I had gotten done work & met up with a friend in the dining room at 1:30pm, we get caught up in conversation and he leaves the dining room a while later so I decide to finish drinking iced coffee as I'm playing a game on my cellphone. I hear the employees whispering amongst themselves how I am creepy and I have been in the dining room too long & that is when the female employee had told her coworker to lie to me and tell me the store was closing at 5 pm. He approaches me and tells me that the manager had called & requested me to leave since I have been there for 4 hours which in fact was not the case!! This place is by far the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to & I am thoroughly disgusted by...

One of the employees (he works both days and nights, so get used to him) is the son of the manager. His behavior is both unethical and unprofessional. I have informed Dunkin and they simply do not care (he's still there...).

During my time there he called a female customer the b-word, frequently got orders wrong, accused me of stealing another customer's bacon, and did not prepare the food items that I ordered (both of them... after I corrected him about the first item, I then had to wait longer and remind him I purchased a second food item...). I even have the b-word incident on video and uploaded it to YouTube.

As forementioned, the guy's got a mouth and doesn't hesitate to tell customers what they can and cannot do. He barked at me because he did not like my posture when I was sitting. This same guy calls customers slurs, doesn't prepare your orders, gets your orders wrong if he does, and calls you a thief when you pick up the items that you did order (if he happened to actually make them that day).
