I have ALWAYS loved Friendlys. Go very year for my birthday sons b-day and any occasion I can! :-) and always get the same meal! (Literally always). I would give 5 stars but over the past two years or so the food quantity has dramatically dropped! Prices have gone up, as most things do, but the amount of food you get is cut down by at least half. I remember when I could barely fit a supermelt in my mouth to take a bite, eyes pop out of their socket as you see the huge amount of delicious food sitting in front of you... and now you get one piece of meat and if your lucky you get two pieces of bacon. (Not the usual 5-6 slices of meat, tons of cheese and a pile of bacon).. It went from a giant sandwich to a sandwich flatter than a grilled cheese.. and the fries... Man, they used to overflow the basket.. now get a handful on a plate.. The amount of food you pay for is literally cut in half as the prices still rise! It's a shame!! I wish it would go back to the times we would get what we paid for and leave filling so full and satisfied.. now you leave...
Read moreThere used to be 2 Friendly's restaurants in our area, approximately 5 Mi apart from each other, one in Morrisville and the other in Langhorne PA. Well the Morrisville Friendly's closed. But one of their servers when to the Langhorne Friendly's, her name is Theresa. So when you go to the Langhorne Friendly's ask to be seated in the "lower Morrisville" area to get Theresa to be your server. She was great. She was very attentive, to make sure you had enough food and drink. She felt really bad that she couldn't get a menu with more pictures of the food (my son is non- verbal and doesn't know how to read) for my Autistic child to select what he wanted to eat. So that left me to choice for him. But after he devoured his chicken parm sandwich and broccoli, he had no problem picking from the ice cream selection for his Happy Ending Sundae. Theresa was and is a lovely person who seemed thrilled to know that her customers left feeling good and had full bellies. Which we did. Theresa, thank you for giving us a pleasant experience. Your company is lucky...

My wife and I were out & about. We were in such a mood for an ice cream sundae. We decided on Friendly’s Restaurant at 1462 E. Lincoln Hwy. in Langhorne, PA.
Friendly’s always had the best sundaes. We were not disappointed!!!! It came out quickly. Such a great portion. We shared a SUGAR CONE NACHOS Sundae (Love the name). Besides ice cream and whipped cream, it had pieces of broken sugar cones, sliced bananas & strawberries. DELICIOUS!!! We were like 2 little kids going at it. Lol.
Our server Ryan, was outstanding!!!! We were greeted immediately by him, as we walked into the door. He seated us wearing a big old smile. He couldn’t have been nicer. Treated us like he knew us for years. His service was A+++++++. He was super friendly, quick to get us anything we needed. He made our visit such a wonderful experience. When we go back, we are asking for Ryan again.
Kudos to Friendly’s in Langhorne, PA. for such a fine staff. Keep up the great work!! Thank you all. Can’t wait...
