Uncle Bill's Deli Red Lion Vape & Smoke Shop — Restaurant in Middletown Township

This place has good food but horrible service. We are a local business that has ordered multiple times in the past. The last time we ordered, it was for breakfast and we placed our order just around 10am. When we ordered, nothing was stated about a long wait. We were ordering for 10 people. After almost an hour we called and they told us the driver was just leaving with the order. They are only 2 miles from us so after about 20 min we were concerned and called again. They said the driver was leaving soon. After another 15 min we called and they said the driver was on the road. He went to the wrong address (we gave our specific address) then about 12:15pm (2.25 hours later) we received cold food and an attitude from the driver! The owner later called us to apologize for the problem. Today we ordered again and we were told it would be a while and we said ok. Then the woman on the phone came out and said that it is not going to be that long but that they will not deliver to us because we were rude and did not tip the last time we ordered! We actually did tip and no one was rude to the driver. They canceled our order for today. This was fine as we do not need their food for this kind of hassle. How dare they say we were rude. We did tip but where does it say tips are mandatory. If it is mandatory then just state that you have a delivery charge! This place needs to wake up as they are in a customer...

Just went into this place to order a breakfast sandwich. Grabbed a few drinks and paid for my food. Went to the other counter to watch my food being made and observed one blonde haired lady with a hat with gloves on preparing my roll while another lady with dark hair and no gloves on prepared the other part of my food. While she was cooking on the grill she used the back of her hand to continuously scratch her butt area through her pants. Again she was not wearing gloves, not that that would have mattered. The other lady then handed her my role so she could continue to make my sandwich without gloves on and with hands that she used to scratch her rear end. I spoke to the blonde haired lady about the situation and she began to be disgusted thinking I was talking about another restaurant and she asked me if I said anything to the people at the place. I then told her I was talking about the lady she was standing right next to without gloves on that was preparing my sandwich that literally scratched her butt with the back of her hand a few times. She immediately asked me if I wanted my money back, looking at the lady in question and realizing that she was definitely preparing my food without gloves and the fact that she had sat there and had a conversation with her the entire time while she prepared my food with no gloves and while she scratched her behind. So I went here on a saturday afternoon around 1130. There was a few people in the store nothing crazy but there was what seemed to be 3 frazzled employees. I'm not sure what was going on but they were pleasant. The store is run down and frankly kinda gross inside not dirty per say just not pleasent to the eye. There was deli meat sitting open on a counter I'm sure it had just been cut but was not returned to the display and meat on the slicer which also needed to be returned to the display. All the meat in the display was open and uncovered which I found odd but could just be how they do it. I bought two Italian hoagies a turkey hoagie and a bag of chips it was 25.00 so... reasonable. The bread ruined it for us. These would have been very good hoagies but the bread was stale. My son wouldn't eat his. Overall it was fine but I most likely would not go back again. On another occasion we had mac salad, potato salad, and cole slaw. The mac salad was good but had a ton of mayo almost too much. The potato salad was bland and didn't have enough mayo surprisingly.
