I’ve heard of Sharetea for a while now so I decided to give it a shot as I was passing by. I got the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and, while it wasn’t the best brown sugar bubble tea I’ve had, it wasn’t bad. The boba itself is a bit more on the chewy side, but the flavor is pretty good. I got light ice and 80% sweetness but will probably get 100% next time! For being a brown sugar drink definitely wasn’t as sweet as I was expecting it to be.

Next time I go I would love to try one of their more fruity drinks. They had a good number of options to choose from!

The staff were really nice, and they weren’t that busy when I went, but a few customers trickled in after I got my drink, so it’s a place people like to go. The space inside was cute and a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. They definitely have the ability to accommodate larger groups!

Overall a decent place, not my favorite boba place,...

I came in and noone was at the counter to take my order after a few minutes I asked if someone was taking orders due to I can see a worker walking back and forth in the back. She finally comes to the front after several minutes and as I began to explain to her th at myself and the pther customers were not acknowledged when we came in and when I asked the girl acted as if we were bothering her for asking and stated with an attitude that the someone will be with us all she says is that she was working on a call in order. She never apologized for making us wait or the rudeness of the employee. Also took our order didn't ask for a name for the order or gave me the amount due. I will never visit this location. They have lost a customer that is there every other week due to poor...

I love sharetea. I have been going since they first opened on bardstown road. I was very excited to have one open closer to home and have visited the on in Middletown often. After the service my boy friend had today though I will never go back to this particular store in Middletown. Taro and the milk tiger boba teas were ordered, blended. When my boyfriend politely asked about them being made iced instead of blended the associate gave attitude, and then you could hear in the back of the store cursing about it. The other associate confirmed that the order was for blended. It was a simple thing that should of just been corrected but instead was given attitude and felt discriminated against because he is a man of color. You have lost...

This place was hosting some kind of event not associated with purchasing tea. It was quite irritating having to wait in a long line because the event had so many people in the building. Share Tea next time rethink this or past customers will be thinking to going elsewhere. Addendum to ShareTea owner: The frustration comes when there is a person at the door only allowing those purchasing items from your event in first while those ordering tea are in line outside freezing and being punished . It's like a bouncer /bar atmosphere at a club. Your right, I could of ordered online, but the "bouncer" at the door would have made me wait outdoors forever to come in the store to pick up my order.
