I had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s location. I’d give absolutely 0 stars if I could. First they made me wait for my order over 10 mins asking me to pull up near their “rail” so they can take more customers. After waiting at their “rail” for approximately 10 mins and seeing meal after meal get delivered to the cars behind me at the window I realized they must of forgot I was waiting there. So I called the store to ask where my food was, asked what I ordered again on the phone, I told the girl on the phone and then a boy came out and walked to the wrong vehicle first across the lot to hand them the food but then realized he had the wrong vehicle. After pulling off with the food and arriving home to feed the kids and rest of the family I noticed they messed up the order by not providing me all my purchased products. I made a courtesy call to the store to immediately alert them of the missing items issue they said they couldn’t take back the food I had, I said fine but I will be there with the food they provided me and request a redo over my items since my food was already cold and soggy from waiting so long in the first place for my initial nearly forgotten order. When I returned I was ganged up on at the drive thru window by several workers that didn’t care to focus on their assigned jobs but rather see what the problem was at the drive thru window and chime into the conversation I had with 1 worker initially, another worker threatened to slap me which my 13 year old daughter and her friend overheard while sitting in the back seat of my vehicle, my fiancé was also on the Bluetooth speaker in my car and heard the whole conversation and unruly behavior of the employees at this location. Another worker told me to shut the $&@$ up several times when all I was requesting for several times- was either a replacement of my meal and addition of my missed items or simply a refund. Also, this location never provided me with a receipt after my debit card was swiped paying for the transaction, never asked if I wanted a receipt. Therefore I thought they would simply just give me my receipt in my bagged items. Nope! When I returned, they demanded a receipt from me to correct the issue. They all argued with me when I told them several times they never gave me one. I asked several times to speak to the manager even telling all the other workers involved to go back to their jobs so I can speak directly to the manager. I was told the manager was just going to tell me the same thing. Even after I told them several times they never provided me with my receipt and they continued to tell me there was nothing they can do even when I was there just 10 mins prior to make the purchase and even brought the food back to show. Unbelievable and horrible customer service and I will never give my money again to this location ever again! I ended up with no food because they took the bag of food I returned back at the drive thru window, argued with me telling me all my items were bagged correctly (mind you this is the girl that said she would slap me or as she said “I will slap this bi$&@!“ while storming away. Several times I demanded to speak with a manager and that never happened or no one acknowledged to be the manager but only let me get laughed at, mocked, threatened and cursed at by several employees. They also kept my money with no refund given at all because I didn’t have the receipt they never gave me in the first place. Corporate has been contacted right away where I have left them a voicemail to follow up with me in regards to this unfortunate incident. Hopefully Dukart Management will contact me in a timely manner so I can pursue a refund of my money spent with no product and apologize for the rude behavior given towards a customer. Read moreMy husband went in and ordered 2 McChicken's PLAIN it clearly says so on the Receipt. Normally he NEVER has to check it when he goes INSIDE, bc unlike the drive thru, they USUALLY have the order correct. How hard is it to read an order slip? I'd really like to know??? Do you have people that can't read? Or don't understand the English language? I'm being serious...I'm not trying to be rude, or sound obnoxious. It's a VERY SIMPLE thing..PLAIN...we obviously wouldn't have cared if it had Lettuce on it, bc you could take that off, but Mayonnaise you can NOT! On top of that, they burnt the one roll...and even IF someone just requested it how it comes, it is OVERLOADED with Mayonnaise! Both sandwiches....
Surprised that the Ice Cream Machine WAS working..however we received a half of scoop of Kit Kat and it wasn't mixed w the McFlurry Spoon bc he was told the machine didn't work. How about get that fixed too! & if someone is going to pay $5.19 for a McFlurry, you can atleast give us our money's worth. Stop WASTING so much Mayonnaise & maybe you'll be able to give a full scoop! I WILL be messaging Corporate about this. People work too dam# hard for their money, to have things wasted, or to be charged for half of something. Get it together! $15 hr 😆 😂 I don't think so!
I took pics WITH the receipt. Of course I call and NO ANSWER. he's certainly not running back out in this rain. But you WILL be seeing him tomorrow. I'd come in myself, but I am paralyzed. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Horrendous service. Just absolutely so horrendous. The manager was extremely rude. (Jan 31st closing manager.) Telling us to leave because they are closing in 15 minutes before we even got our food. Never gave us all our food and bagged it all and then told us again to leave. The place was trashed and a bunch of employees and their friends hanging out in over half the restaurant. Everything was empty and then wouldn’t acknowledge us when we asked for things (like spoons for a sundae, napkins, ketchup) because they were cutting up across the counter with their friends who were all cursing and obnoxious. Soooo absolutely floored by this experience. The bad attitude started with the manager and spread to her staff. She complained that we weren’t gone yet to an employee telling them she had already told us to leave. This was at 10:56. We still didn’t have all our food. I finally went up and asked for the rest of the items (Shake and McFlurry) they had already checked out of serving us and were making their friends things. Just a horrendous experience. Really wish we had gone somewhere else. Will never go back here. Advice to owner, do yourself a huge favor and GET RID OF THIS MANAGER. We’ve been in the restaurant business, there are so many things they could have been doing to get that restaurant ready to close with our still being there.
