Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Middletown

I placed an order for a 8 inch strawberry cream cake for pick up at 515pm. I arrived and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I understood if they were possibly running behind, but I wasn’t told that. I was told twice they didn’t know why it wasn’t ready and then told the cake was being made fresh. I was shocked because it should’ve been ready when I arrived, which I arrived I stood there waiting while three other customers came in with orders that was ready for pick up with no issues. I was then given a card for my troubles , to buy two regular size Bundt cakes and get one free, I was shocked because I paid $28 for a cake that looked like it was just thrown together and it did not have the Happy Easter card as requested on the order. I did not receive the cake till 6pm and arrived late to a dinner that started at 6pm. I’m very disappointed!!!! I’ll think twice before placing a order again with Nothing...

Sent a free cake email to my wife for her birthday. She printed it out and sent me out on a cold day so she could stay home on her birthday. They wouldn’t let me pick it up. She “must come in person and show her ID to get it”. You don’t understand how business works. Makes us both not want to come there again

My daughter & I walked in here with 15 mins to spare until closing (I was aware so as to be courteous & hurry). This was today (4/13/25). This was our very first visit to this chain ever. We were excited & knew exactly what we wanted. The girl at the register was so incredibly rude, almost as if we had ruined her day to walk in that near to closing. I could not even begin to express how disappointed I was in the service. The cakes were fantastic but the service was so poor that I will NOT recommend this location. Take your attitude elsewhere. Get a new job because you absolutely do not deserve this one. And this is literally for the gal working register, NOT the gal cleaning the front door windows. Her job is...
