As a former Restaurant manager I felt that full stocking at 130 pm should have been done earlier. If the beer was just delivered that is one thing. But glassware and utensils should have been in place long before noon. The food we had was wonderful. I had the 1/2 lb burger very good. My wife had the grilled chicken club. She liked it but too much of a smokey flavor. Water served in glass bottles was cool. Just waiting to pay took a long time, note only 2 tables of guests. Ours and one outside, 2 waitstaff on floor. The waitress that had the outside table came by a cleared part of our table. I hope they get their game plan down to a science. I understand they only got their liquid license the day before. Soft opening on Monday, grand opening on Tuesday, liquor license on Thursday. We had lunch on Friday. In our eyes as Restaurant management it was unorganized. Wishing...
