We ordered takeout because we were craving Chili's but couldn't get out of the house, and it was extremely disappointing. Our order wasn't ready when we got there (at least 20 minutes later), and my husband waited on it for a while at the restaurant. When it finally was ready, no one notified him and he had to go ask about it only to find that it had been sitting out for a while and was ready to go. After he got the meal home, he realized that he was given quesadillas instead of the nachos he had ordered. The quesadillas were pitiful and a couple of them only had cheese (guess they decided to skip the beef to cut down on cost). The kid's meal we ordered for our child was horrible and definitely not worth the $5+ we spent on it. They forgot the drink and the chicken strips looked like they had been left in the dryer for several rounds. We were extremely unimpressed and won't be visiting Chili's again. Honestly, we should have just gone to Sonic for a hot meal and decent burgers/chicken.

You sunk the boat Chili's. 15 dollars for a generic meal? There's a zero percent chance of anyone responsible/logical eating at a place like this. Lucky for you, you're located in a state that has plenty of bible thumpers and churches that pay zero taxes themselves so they'll probably still show up. They have a history of doing ignorant stuff (like believing in a "god") so that should be your target demographic. I'll send you the bill for my consultation. Guess this is what people get for electing a twice impeached, double felon, insurrectionist as a president. Stop contributing to "tip culture" and make these restaurant owners pay their employees a living wage.

Visited this Chili’s in Midwest City Oklahoma. Food was okay but the service sucks. As we were eating our meal a roach crawled out the back of the booth. We brought it to staff’s attention and was met with laughter, smirks, “I’ll pray for y’all” by staff members. Got Paul the manager attention he grabs a paper towel in an attempt to catch the roach and he stated “ It must’ve came through the door”. As other staff stood around and continued to smirk. He said I’m sorry that’s never happened before. The nonchalant attitudes is what made the situation even worse!!! So unprofessional!! see attached pic…

My customer service experience was phenomenal. Everyone who assisted me during my pick up deserves recognition for their work ethic & professionalism. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service from this location and if I’ve ever had any issues they’ve always been resolved.

Tonight, my steak was probably 4 oz fat & hard rubbery textured part maybe it's cartilage or tendons. Quality of meat has gone down noticeably. You would think since they did away with the 2/$25 they would make sure the customer is getting their money’s worth in quality. The flavor of the little bit that was edible was amazing & all else was great. Needless to say, my dog enjoyed her treat that was bigger than the portion her human got to enjoy. We haven’t been able to eat out since we’re due to close on a home at the end of this month and closing cost is kicking my behind and my pockets so I was looking forward to treating ourselves to take out for the bedlam game.

My husband just started eating as I was writing this review so now I believe our steaks were switched because his is extremely pink & mine was not pink enough. I ordered medium , he ordered medium well. I didn't check to see how each steak was cooked because his was plated with bacon & I don't eat pork so I figured they would plate the steaks with their corresponding sides. I love Chili’s but times are changing, our order used be maybe $40 and now it’s $60. It’s just so hit or miss with this location. We’ve had so many incidents with them that we might have to wait awhile until giving it another go. I don’t even want to bother with calling because we’ve had to call so many times in the past I don’t want them to feel like I’m just complaining about every little thing but sheeeshhh when you’re paying twenty dollars more than we were a year ago it kinda makes you want them to just try and make it right. I won’t be calling this time and I’ll probably wait a good 6 months before going again. Maybe corporate will realize the meat quality is poor from wherever their getting it from now and I’m sure the staffing will have changed by that time and the cooks will put the steaks with the sides they actually go with. Fingers crossed. I would just recommend eating AT the restaurant so if anything is off you can get it replaced immediately instead of having to call or take food back and not being able to eat while your family is eating. See ya in 2023...

Update 3/2025: They do not like phone-in orders. They want you to order on the app. We've tried calling several times the past few days and each time they place us on hold until their phone starts ringing again internally. They say they are busy and we have to wait. A 20 min hold is ridiculous. The app says food pickup in 20min. You can't answer the phone and take an order in 20 min, so how can the food be ready in that time? My wife literally hung up and called back, then was told she had to wait still, which after another 15 min hung up again. We called the shawnee chilis, was not put on hold, drove there in 20 min and got food. 20 min is how long it takes me to drive to either the mwc or shawnee chili's. The difference is mileage. Mwc is shorter but stops lights. Shawnee, all highway. Whoever is managing the mwc location has lost our business. I go to Lowes often and was convenient to go by chili's. Well, there's a Lowes across the hwy in shawnee also. Thank you, management, for making the decision for me. I prefer phone in because our bill is usually $90. I am tax exempt and online will not do tax exempt. If I do online and ask for refund of the tax when I get there, they say they can't. Not everyone wants to order on an app. I guess your goal is for me to learn how to cook the chicken, beans, and rice to taste about the same so I can just save money, cook it myself, and eat at home.

4yrs ago:Another update: Sad when a big family can't eat because they don't have enough servers to accommodate. Plenty of tables. Got tired of the virus bs a long time ago. Most places are losing out on our money, we're actually saving alot not eating out anyway.

Hit and miss on good service. Food always good. Kiosk on tables good idea, games keep kids happy while we wait on food. ----update--- we have decided not to eat here again. Tried it again and got bad service when they weren't busy. They changed the menu again and it just doesn't taste the same. Not everyone wants hot jalapeños cooked in their food( and it wasn't marked hot or spicy) The margarita chicken(everything on the plate) was great 6-8 years ago. Now...

Awful, awful and even more awful. Waited the ten minutes to be sat, which at dinner time isn't bad. Then sat down already knew what we wanted to eat before she even got our drink order. We ordered everything at once, 2 waters and a child water, chips and guacamole and our entrees which were the bacon ranch quesadilla and the mango chile chicken. Waters came out with lemons in them, which we didn't ask for and quite personally don't do because of the high germ concentrations on lemons and limes from not being washed before being cut and stuck in your glass. Then we were informed that our straws were wrapped in our silverware. Okay, so we have two silverware sets and 3 waters, way to go lady how about we don't forget about the most important person at the table, the two year old who is being extremely good. So sorry but strike one for not bringing enough straws. Then out comes our app which was delicious, then we waited and waited and waited some more. No entrees, we've decided that we are not going to wait but ten more minutes for our food to arrive before we just pay for our app and leave. Ten minutes is up the waitress comes over and says its an honest mistake and your food will be out shortly. I tell her that my son is eating cotton picking ketchup because he is hungry and its the only way to keep him still. She said its an honest mistake and will be out in just a couple of minutes. We politely declined to stay for our food. She asked if we wanted to box it up, no we are done waiting we are going home before the two year old starts throwing a massive fit in the restaurant. Meanwhile people who sat down after us are already eating and the people in our section are getting up asking our server were their food was. Our server completely ignored us the whole time we were there and my assumption is, is that she forgot to put our order in. I will never go back to...
