UPDATE They never got back to me after I sent 2 emails to the email they responded with here. Clearly they don't care. Its been a month.
Food might be good but I wouldn't know since our food was never delivered.... all week my coworkers and I were looking forward to jersey mikes for lunch on Friday. Instead of getting sandwiches alls we got was a big order of BAD customer service after our food never showed up. Food was ordered directly from jersey mikes website and then when it never showed up the jersey mikes manager said he had nothing to do with door dash (we didn't have anything to do with them either we didn't choose door dash) and could not give us a refund. Called door dash and got the run around for 45 minutes and had a lot of back and forth between door dash and jersey mikes. Finally after a long, hard struggle jersey mikes issued us a refund (interesting how initially the manager said there was no way he could give us a refund but now they were able to access the order and give us a refund). Layla, I believe, from jersey mikes was at least polite and understanding and personally issued us the refund. Overall we were left hungry(starving actually... we were holding out for our sandwiches) and highly dissatisfied....

There were 9 people working and no one taking initiative or moving with a sense of urgency to take orders and make sandwiches. They attempt to utilize an assembly line approach but it fails miserably when they are busy.
The first station is bread and proportioning the meat. The girl at this station was more interested in chatting with her co-worker than focusing on the task at hand. The people working the ensuing stations literally stood there doing nothing, waiting for sandwiches to be passed to them for the next step instead of being proactive and jumping in to assist the first station. 4 of the 7 people ahead of me had multiple sandwich orders and the girl at the first station cut the bread and portioned out the meat for all of them before sending to the next station as opposed to sending them as she finished each one. Absurd.

Read moreI wanted jersey mikes for lunch. I only get 30 mins. I called ahead and the lady on the phone was very nice. I arrived at the Milford location and gave them my name, only to be told they didn’t have an order for me. The cashier asked if I was sure I called the right store. I was absolutely sure, as I checked the number I had called and it was the Milford location. Plus when I called, the lady who answered said that it was the Milford location.. finally another lady came and said she remembered taking my order. At this point I had about 10 minutes of my break left. They were going to start my food right then but I had no time to wait. I understand mistakes happen, it was very busy in the store. But I received no apology or anything. I almost even felt the cashier had an attitude because THEY lost my order. This was very disappointing and extremely frustrating.. the cashiers need to do better at acknowledging their mistakes and fixing them. I thought jersey mikes took their customer service seriously. I guess...
