LOFT — Local services in Milford

The clothing collection is amazing, but the customer service was exceptionally annoying.

As a customer in a clothing store you expect the bare minimum, like, getting greeted coming into the store and checked in ATLEAST ONCE on what we were looking for.

We went there on 3/26/25 at 19:30. Everyone who came into the store after that got greeted and tended to, but us.

At the end when we bought everything we needed, not a smile, no communication at all from the billing staff.
