I hate writing reviews for places but at this point it just feels like I should đŸ„Č Every time I go to this Taco Bell they forget at least one item in my order; and I mean every time. Whether it is the cheese cup, the chips, the nacho fries, exc it’s always SOMETHING. Guaranteed, which is disappointing. The cheese cups are also at max only filled half way these days, the last time I went I received a cup of cheese for the chips (that I didn’t receive) that I could see the bottom of the cup with the cheese in it (not on the sides or anything). I understand mistakes happen, I have also worked in a drive through and made my mistakes, but when my order is small and simple and it’s every time I go it starts getting upsetting. Im always too nice to call or go back in, I never want to get anyone in trouble. But I wish this would resolve. It’s the quickest one to get to from where I work & would prefer for this one to get back on track than drive to the one on 28 lol. (Picture attached of this trips cheese cups for reference, had not been eaten out of.) The people are typically really friendly which is why I feel really bad writing a review 😭 it’s just consistent and I’d love to see that change :// (It’s not busy when I go and I always pull up and wait for my food so it’s not being super rushed I just don’t know why it happens)

I'm a regular at this restaurant and the wait tonight was ridiculous. I was in the drive thru waiting for half an hour, and my order was incorrect to boot! I ordered 2 Steak nacho fries burritos and got NO fries in them, after asking if they had any fries. I also asked for no ranch sauce and got sauce on them. I'm at a loss how someone messes up something as simple as this. If you don't have fries just tell me! My order was rang in correctly, but the foodmakers have no idea what they're doing.Your drive thru lady working at 10:45 saved you from anything below 3*; she is always very polite and gets my order correct every single time.

Well I went to order today and almost got charged an extra 50 cents to add sour cream??? My order total is normally 9.97. If sour cream isn't part of the Supreme then someone please change my mind. Then I get home and look at my meal the quality of the food wasn't great like the other 2 days I recieved my order. Like come on people. I'm sorry your feelings got hurt because I know how to do your job better then you. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Honestly if I could give zero Stars I definitely would. I am so tired of the doors being locked. As a delivery driver, this takes away from my ratings my timing, and my tips when I have to wait in an extremely long drive-thru line.

Also while I'm out delivering, I usually sip on a drink and I had run out so I asked if I could get a drink while I'm there. One other time I had asked and the girl with blue hair said that they can't do a doordash order and grabbing a drink at the same time and that I would have to go back around. I mean, literally every other restaurant does it but, whatever I carried on with my day no big deal. Well tonight while in the Drive-Thru there were no cars behind me so I figured that I could grab the drink while I'm there. The girl again with blue hair explained. In the middle of her saying that another girl came on the speaker interrupting the girl with blue hair, and was completely rude and unprofessional. Not only was her attitude something from another planet but completely uncalled for. I explained that there were no cars behind me and again she continued to throw an attitude at me like a hormonal teen boy. I said you know what never mind just forget about it I just want to get my doordash order. She proceeded to yell at me "come around then! just come around!" I thought, this is absolutely ridiculous. im wasting my breath on someone so unprofessional and CLEARLY going nowhere in life. She has no business being in customer service if that is the way that she treats her customers and honestly even her co-workers. I'm guessing the blue hair girl is newer and if that's true, then what an outstanding role model that poor excuse of an employe is..I wish I would've got her name. I then proceeded to cancel my Taco Bell order and drove away. Some other unfortunate delivery driver can deal with this. This Taco Bell will never receive my business and not only that but I will spread the word about how awful...

The manager there is absolutely rude. We drove through the drive-through around 12:20 am. to get two combos. Paid almost $20 bucks for 2 very stale and hard chalupas, burrito meal that was supposed to be meat and cheese only (they put sourcream on it) and the little chips and queso that came with it also was very stale. Google maps said they closed at 1am, so by the time I got my food, they were closing. Tried calling the next morning, and the lines kept saying busy. I finally got a hold of a manager, and now I had to deal with poor customer service ON TOP OF POOR FOOD QUALITY. She expected me to keep the old nasty food over night and bring it into her restaurant the next day, that's unsanitary for one and most restaurant refuse to take messups back into their store due to this. I have my receipt, and she just kept refusing to remake the burrito and would only replace the chalupas and said her "chips" are made fresh daily (then they weren't stored correctly and left open to get stale)I didn't even ask for the whole order to be replaced since we got combos, just the items that were not correct. The receipt is sufficient enough, but since it was a "new day," apparently that was last nights teams problem and not hers. It's absolutely ridiculous. I sent my brother there to pick up the remake she claimed she was going to do because I'm on bedrest, and they absolutely wasted his time and refused to remake the chalupas even with him having the receipt! Filed a complaint with her region as well. To pay $20 dollars for this and to not be satisfied is just not okay. Corporate is sending me 2 $5 coupons for the issue, which I truly appreciate someone trying to...

Called before heading to the store for a remake on 2 Chalupus. Pulled threw the drive threw, only car there tell the lady I'm there for the remake. Tells me to pull to the window she confirmed behind her that she needs 2 Chalupus . Gives my Receipt back ask me to pull around and they will bring it out. After 20 minutes go by I figured I should walk in to see what was going on and the "manager" tells me very aggressive she's already made them and handed them out Insinuating that either I got them already and asking for 2 more or that I I had them make it and had someone come behind me to receive the food so I can go in and ask for more. When in reality the lady that had me pull around, shift was just ending,taking the remake home with her(employee) and left because when I arrived in store she was no where to be found. Lady claiming that she was manager told me I need to leave and she's calling the cops so I tell her thats fine and I'll wait never calling them, then comes back upfront telling me she's calling the employee and the employee isn't answering at her phone, upsetting me so much to the point that I'm shaking because they are ABSOLUTELY NOT MAKING IT, I drove about 10 minutes there and back and still had to meet my niece at her bus stop.
