Wendy's — Restaurant in Milford

This Wendy's is always clean and tidy. It's also one of the few fast food locations where eating inside might actually feel like a high end dining experience. I'm not one for flattery but of the times I've eaten here I've been bombarded with politeness overload from every staff member working or walking around tidying up, holding doors open, being attentive to my needs as a customer far better than waiters and waitresses at locations you tip a server at... I know it's a Wendy's, a fast food restaurant, and directly across from the absolute worst Walmart in Columbus but wow... If you don't believe me just go there, whomever the staff is that's been working the times I've visited are destined for greatness and I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't whisked away by another establishment bc you just don't find employees this good and this polite and this focused in fast food, especially in one of the worst economic...

Just happened 30 minutes ago! Ordered Chicken mozzarella meal and a 10 PC spicy nuggets meal. Didn't get the nuggets at all, and I gotta say waiting in the drive through with 2 teens laughing and bellowing "get outta here" from back of house while handing payment to the cashier didn't really improve the experience. I would use a customer satisfaction survey, but wouldn't you know it, the last 4 times we've visited this location we never get a receipt! They frequently forget items, get items wrong (regular lemonade instead of a strawberry lemonade), etc. I get that noone is perfect, and that people are trying their best, but this is gonna be the last time we come here. I don't know if I can give this Wendy's a truthful review. I work at this one. But when I do get back to work after having 5 stents put in my heart I'm the one who does the cookies, makes your sausage, and eggs, the biscuits,and your breakfast chicken. I have to have all this done before 6:30 am. Then by 10am I have to start getting ready for the lunch crowd. let me just say I'm on my feet for 9.5 hours with no lunch break. l do have a GoFundMe account setup in my name that says to help pay my rent and other bills. I'm in dire need for help to pay my rent, and my phone bill. that's because Wendy's doesn't offer sick pay for its workers or really any benefits unless you are in management. but then Wendy's doesn't even give holiday pay either, not even to there managers.
